Welcome to Lake Lure, surround by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. Our area is in a thermal belt at the base of Hickory Nut Gorge with breathtaking views, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, quaint little towns and more. Enjoy your stay in our cozy studio villa in Rumbling Bald Resort and all of the amenities it has to offer.

Located 1.2 miles from the Rumbling Bald Resort, enjoy FULL ACCESS to the resort with the peacefulness of a mountain retreat. Remodeled, you'll be at home with all of the cozy comforts in this adorable studio. An upstairs unit complete with a full kitchen, a queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds, you can relax and unwind, take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the wellness/rec center and spa.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Enjoy a queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds for a total of 4 guests.

LIVING AREA: There is a comfortable couch with a flat screen TV, cable service. There is an Apple TV for you to use to access Netflix, Hulu, and other platforms. There are board games available for adults and children.

KITCHEN: Complete with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all of the cooking essentials.

Need groceries? We're a short walk through the parking lot to reach the Apple Valley Mart where you can restock on most essentials. Ingles Grocery Store is approximately 15 minutes away.

BATHROOM: The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with a separate sink area.

LAUNDRY: There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

DINING AREA: Enjoy your snacks and meals inside at the countertop seating or out on the back patio. You can also grill out with one of the charcoal grills located just outside or set up a picnic at the covered pavilion.

ALL GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE RUMBLING BALD RESORT!
The resort features all the convenience, entertainment and amenities you need! Most of the features are located within 1.2 miles away from the villa and can be accessed with the guest passes you will receive at check in.

GUEST PASSES: The resort has issued permanent guest passes that stay at the condo. There will be 4 hanging on the hooks by the door.

PETS: I currently do not allow pets. Please message me if you will be traveling with your pet(s). I am happy to have well behaved and well trained pets at the condo.
