Bay Breeze and Bay Trees is a unique property located on the beautiful island getaway, better known as Harbour Island. This home is a private gated compound with 2 self sustaining renovated cottages with a true Bahamian Vibe. It also has one of the absolute best sunset views Harbour Island has to offer.

A house so well laid out it needs two names to do all that is packed into this powerhouse property. Bay Breeze / Bay Trees offers a truly unique rental opportunity on one of the Bahamas most picturesque and sought-after out islands. In total this property comprises 5.5 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms spread over two separate homes. A 75 foot dock with piling to accommodate yachts over 80`with a depth of 5.5ft at MLW and 27,000lb boat lift. This home is ideal for serious boaters or anyone who loves having access to the water 24/7. Bay Breeze the 2.5 bed/3 bath house hangs over the waters edge. Bay Trees the 3 bed/3 bath house is a fully equipped home which works perfectly offering privacy for larger multi-generational family trips to paradise. Equipped with a 55kw diesel generator.

Perfect Spot especially with a boat

Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. Edsol, an onsite property mgr would stop by daily to see if we had any issues. One of the AC units wasn’t working properly and he fixed that day. Would definitely recommend and if we choose to go back to this island would rent again.

Perfect getaway for family and friends

A great location in the middle of two big marinas but still felt private and comfortable. Well outfitted for at home entertaining and really great for bringing out 34’ center consul and taking day trips to explore.

Paradise for two families

We are two families and loved having space to hang out together AND space to ourselves. Houses were fully equipped. House manager brought ice several times a day and made sure we had everything we needed. Cleaning woman was always available. Rented a boat to dock on the enormous dock. Woke up every Morning to turtles and 1 morning to three dolphins swimming around. The house two down is being redone and the resort in in the middle of expansion but we didn’t have much noise from either construction. Wonderful stay would book again in a heart beat!

Great houses and with great location

These two houses were perfect for our large group. We arrived in our boat and had plenty of deep water to dock. The location is excellent and the house is well equipped.

Great visit to Harbour Island!

Overall, loved the house. Alex was very accommodating and easy to work with during the booking process. There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but Edsol worked hard and got everything up and running within a day. Loved being on the bay with the incredible view! Lots of great conveniences at this house - like the commercial ice maker! Underrated for people who go out on a boat every day. Plus, having a dock to tie up the boat 20 feet from the house was incredible convenient. The ONLY real downside to the house is the construction next door. It got loud at times, but we weren't at the house a ton, so it wasn't overly bothersome. It is just a temporary nuisance. Lotus (the housekeeper) was very sweet and did a great job of keeping everything clean each day. Great spot on Harbour Island!

A beautiful spot

This is a very nice, comfortable house on the bay side of Harbour Island. It is directly between the Briland marina and the Ramora Bay marina. The house itself is on the edge of the major construction that Briland is doing but is mostly insulated from it by a wall. It generally didn't bother us during our stay. The house has a lovely, shaded dock and a small pool both of which are so nice for hanging out with friends. It's easy to get from the house to town if you rent a golf cart. Generally the house is well equipped. The kitchen is small but works fine for cooking for a group. Overall, having rented a lot of houses on Harbour Island, this is one we would recommend.

TERRIBLE - CONSTRUCTION NOISE UNBEARABLE

This house has a full blown construction site next door. The best part of the home is the outside living space and it is UNUSEABLE during the work day. We found the noise SO bad that we found a second home to rent. Renter beware as the construction is not disclosed in the add.
