Saint Simons Island Presents ‘OFF BROADWAY' Beach Escape Heated Pool

Brand new pool system with option to heat pool. Pool heat is $40/day. Set in the Quiet St Simons Heights neighborhood you can golf cart, bike or scooter to the pier or beach in minutes. East Beach is located 1.1 miles from the property. A unique setup with both a main house and guest house in one package perfect for spreading out a larger group. When you are not at the beach or the pier or restaurants there is plenty to do here. The front yard has a high quality 4 hole putting green to warm up on before your tee time. There is a fenced in dedicated cornhole area. Swimming pool for kids or cocktails. There are numerous outdoor lounging areas with umbrellas and an outdoor dining area complete with Kamano grill/smoker for the chef in the group to show off with. The main house has a large living room complete with big screen TV. Also in the living room is a high top with four stools for games or hot wings on game day. There is a small library for those that forgot to bring a book and a selection of games to play as well.

The Guest house has an Xbox 360 for the kids with a variety of games. There is both a living room and bedroom in the guest house with a bathroom and shower area separating them.

The backyard is lighted with warm light for when the evening outdoors lasts longer than the day.

There is a shop next door that is only accessible to the property owner.

Very nice stay. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. The tiny house gives you some extra private space away from the main house. The yard is an excellent and very large space.

AMAZING place! Relaxing and so close to everything! We were able to bring our golf cart and park our trailer there with no issues! I even forgot my Apple Watch an hour and a half into our trip home and Sarah already shipped it to me before we made it home!!! I recommend this property to anyone!

Great place for family to stay. My 3 year old loved the pool, putting area, and the children’s books available. Management was quick to answer and address questions/concerns.

Upon entering the house had a musty mildew odor, as did the cottage. The screen had holes on the porch area and was filthy! While I was getting out of the pool, the handrail pulled loose (it appeared to have been worked on previously). I am fortunate that I did not hurt myself, because it pulled completely free. The owners were easy to work with during the initial process and the location is near the Winn Dixie. Not terrible, but not great either.

Thank you for for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had concerns during your stay. We tried to contact you a number of times during your stay but were unable to reach you and we were unaware of any of these concerns. We will look into your concerns to see if there is anything than needs attention. However, We also wanted to gently remind guests that while we are pet-friendly, we do ask that pets be kept off the furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all visitors. We made an exception for your over weight limit animal and as a result our couch and our bedding were used as a dog bed, and the bed linens had to be thrown away and replaced with new bedding. We do hope that in the future if someone gives grace, that it not be taken advantage of. Until now we had made occasional exceptions since it had not been abused. We’ll be reinforcing this policy more clearly going forward. While we’re glad the booking process went smoothly and that you enjoyed the convenient location, based on the overall experience, we’ve decided that we will not be able to accommodate any future reservation requests. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The house was clean and had plenty of dishes. The backyard is private and quiet and we loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The location was super! Communication with owner was great. The supplies were plentiful in the kitchen and bathrooms. Backyard is spacious. The little house needs new air conditioner unit as it was a bit too warm to sleep comfortably. We had a fabulous stay.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoy everything this place offers. We spend a lot of time in the pool and enjoy sitting outside at night with the lights on. The house is well cleaned and maintained. Looking forward to next year!

My wife and I along with our pup loved the space. From the couch to the pool we could have stayed another week. The owners were quick and receptive of our messages and were excellent hosts. Thanks for letting us stay the week!

Relaxing oasis

My family really enjoyed this house. The owners really put thought into everyone’s needs who stays here. There was so much to do just at the house! Great location to do all places at the island. We would definitely return. They were great hosts.

Family Vacation

Our vacation was perfect. The home was exactly like we expected. It was very clean and we had every thing we needed. The back yard was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. My grandsons stayed in the little house and loved the privacy from their younger sisters. We would definitely stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at ‘Off Broadway’ The home was a welcoming oasis and everyone enjoyed the entertainment of built in putting green, pool, cornhole, etc. The location is convenient and accessible to all restaurants, beaches and other attractions and on a quiet street. Our hosts were exceptionally gracious, hospitable and responsive.

Destination property

Nice space, well appointed and self contained property. Plenty to do if one chooses to stay in one place and relax. Owners were easy to contact and ready to please as wrll as helpful in finding a golfcart to rent. Would gladly return.

Great Host

Rick and Sarah were great. Upon arrival we found a treat for our dog welcoming him. So nice. Close to resturants. My family loved the private pool and cornhole games. Will definitely book here again
