Privacy! 4 bed/2 bath Home with Private Pool
Come and enjoy complete seclusion in our lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the established St. Clair neighborhood on Saint Simons Island. You'll see when you arrive why we call it "Privacy Please". Once you start down the private driveway, you will feel like you are in a world of your own. You have complete privacy from the street and neighbors.
As you enter this beautiful home, you are immediately welcomed to a super-comfortable and nicely furnished open living room. The tv in the living room is a Smart TV. The flow of the living area extends to the dining room and kitchen space! Plenty of seating at the dining table for a family gathering. For quick bites or breakfast, there are a couple of bar stools for convenience. Just off the well-stocked kitchen, you will find a sweet cocktail bar area. You will enjoy taking the cocktails out on the large screened porch complete with a large table and plenty of chairs.
Also located on the main living level are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and a TV with a Firestick and the Xfinity App. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is one shared bathroom in the hall with a nice walk-in shower and a door leading to the back yard and pool. The laundry room is also located on the main living level with outside access.
The second level of the home also has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a TV with a Firestick and the Xfinity App. Just off the king bedroom there is a private office space which includes an additional monitor for those who need to work remotely and an extra large closet. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with the ability to be converted into 4 twin beds. A perfect room for all the kids to enjoy! In addition, the second level has a shared bathroom in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms with a large walk in shower and double vanity.
Outside is where the magic continues. Enjoy the long summer days in your own very private pool. If you start at the beach then head to the pool, you will find the hot and cold outdoor shower a blessing! When the nights get cooler, unwind with family around the fire pit or enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill. There's also a cornhole set for you to enjoy! We even have a Bluetooth speaker (which must be kept in a covered area of porch or indoors).
For those rainy days, there is a selection of books and puzzles for your enjoyment!
The pool can be heated or cooled for an additional charge of $400.

What to Expect in your Unit:

• 8 Beach/Pool Towels
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
• Fireplace is decorative
