***If any item is left in the condo and has to be send via FedEx. there's a charge of $60. This covers the cost of shipping phones, EarPods, keys, chargers + gas fees. Any larger items will be charged accordingly.

You will feel like you're vacationing in the peace of a Family Island, but in a quick car ride, be surrounded by what makes vacation life hype and exciting! The neighborhood bosts a few good restaurants, bars and grills and we cannot forget the added bonus of the semi-private beach, just steps outside the condo door!
