A beautiful getaway on the beach with amazing views of the ocean out of every window. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. A kitchen with all your needs including a dishwasher. Nice big heated pool and hot tub just down stairs. 24 hour staff to help take care of any needs.

South Padre Island 705

Nice condo. Sufficiently stocked with kitchen items. Also provided some nice extras to welcome us…microwave popcorn, some other munchies, suntan lotion, hand soap, hand cream. We love this complex.

This was an amazing property right on the beach. Every amenity and close to all of the activities that we had planned. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a memorable vacation.

Beautiful view

Wonderful view on 7th floor, facing the ocean. Great access and relatively light traffic for restaurants. Cold, windy weather for mid- February prevented us from even beach walking for 3 days in a row. I saw people in the pool only one day in our 10 days, as we learned pool is not heated on chilly days. Our last two days there was no hot water in the building, due to plumbing problems. Owner of our Vrbo unit ghosted us for 24 hours and offered no consideration except one free day if we stay with them again. Probably not…

Location is perfect

Location is great for getting to local resorts and restaurants. View of the ocean is wonderful with a nice deck. Unit was not cleaned when we arrived, but the owner responded right away and took care of it.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Communication with Kari was seamless, as well as the check-in process. The condo is centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, most within walking distance. The view is absolutely amazing. We would love to return!

Outstanding Views on South Padre!

My husband and I enjoy staying in Aquarius. It’s one of the original buildings on the island and in exceptional condition. An 8 foot pool, a hot tub and beautifully manicured grounds are very welcoming. The condo was the right size for us. The view from the balcony allowed us to see a portion of the causeway looking in the direction of SpaceX, and also enjoy the view of the ocean, right in front of us. You can walk to many places for your daily exercise. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it seems well equipped for any meal you might want to prepare. There is a nice dining area where you can watch the beach while you eat - probably the best dining view over any restaurant. We left the sliding doors open in the main bedroom all night and fell asleep to the waves crashing. About all you can ask for with an island vacation!

Beautiful view!

The view from the balcony is even more beautiful in person and perfect for watching a gorgeous beach sunrise. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were beach towels, a volleyball, toys and a folding chair. My family had a great time on this vacation.

Million dollar view

The condo was as described and as represented in photos. The condo itself is a little bit small. However, that would not have been an issue if the weather had cooperated and we could be on the beach more. (Not the owner’s fault of course) It is well appointed, clean, and in the best location on the island. You can walk pretty much anywhere. We found it to be quiet and the front desk helpful. Communication with the owner was prompt and she went out of her way to meet our requests. The view is absolutely amazing! Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful View of Beach

Everything we could possibly need was available for our use except the dishwasher (which the owner said was scheduled for repair). The unit was very clean and well maintained. It's layout was perfect for us and the sliding glass doors, 1 each, in the lounging, dining and bedroom area provided a panoramic view. We also enjoyed the friendliness of other vacationers sharing the building. Our time in South Padre was enhanced by choosing this unit.

Great property! Wonderful view of the water! Unfortunately, there was scaffolding blocking part of our view due to “emergency repairs”. This also caused the pool to be closed and only the hot tub was open at night after the workers were finished for the day. Overall, great place that we would love to rent again!

We enjoyed our stay at this on the beach condo

We loved being able to watch the waves, hear the sounds of the gulf and easily walk onto the beach. The unit worked well for us but our only small complaint is there weren't any wine glasses. The location is great and the other units were quiet. We'd stay here again!
