From happy hour on the balcony to movie night in the living room, guests get to spend every moment with the water in view. Bring five others with you and make this getaway your beach vacation spot.

Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by a relaxed interior and the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon. The condo is composed of tile flooring, light walls, and dark brown accents. As you settle in, you'll find yourself drawn to the gorgeously updated kitchen. This space boats of dark cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Along with such upgrades, the kitchen has spectacular views of the ocean to the east and the estuary to the west. All the amenities of home are provided: a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, cookware, and more.

When you're not exploring NSB's fantastic dining scene, you'll love the option of dining in. The large kitchen island serves as a breakfast bar and seats four comfortably.

Most of your day will be spent below on the sand; however, you'll love returning to the living room when you need a break from the sun. This area caters to relaxation with two leather reclining sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV with cable, and an unparalleled ocean blue horizon.

If you prefer to take your R&R outdoors, you'll find the balcony well-furnished. Guests can either stretch out on a lounger or enjoy evening wine at the table for three. We recommend venturing out here in the morning for a front row seat to the ocean sunrise.

Those staying in the primary suite will find they can watch the ocean sunrise from the comfort of their own bed! This bedroom boasts of a stunning oceanfront view, king bed, desk, and TV. Additionally, this room has an adjoining bathroom with a large shower with a handheld showerhead.

Two others will find their stay in the second bedroom equally as peaceful. This bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a closet for personals. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub, granite-top vanity, and ample bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Guests are provided high-speed internet, cable TV, a drip coffee maker, a full washer and dryer, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach!

Southwind, Tasteful New Smyrna Condo Rentals

The Southwind, known as "one of the best buildings on the beach," has recently undergone a $1 Million renovation. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has just been installed, making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted, gated access. The oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and you'll find plenty of lounge chairs, both inside the gated pool deck and out on the beachfront sun deck as well. In addition, high speed wireless internet access is now available for all guests so you can stay connected to the outside world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Follow the sidewalk to the beach access stairs and take in the panoramic Atlantic Ocean view. This complex is also equipped with tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts.

New Smyrna Beach Fun

The Southwind is located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Great fishing, boating, and canoeing opportunities abound at Mosquito Lagoon and JB's Fish Camp, located near this complex. Bethune Beach is just south of here, and the car free beaches in front of The Southwind provide the perfect landscape for family sandcastle building, quiet walks, or carefree bike rides on the sand.
