Just 60 steps to pristine, no-drive beach with ocean views and pool views from ground level and upstairs balcony. Recently renovated 2 story, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in small, quiet Villa Sereno. Spacious master bedroom boasts a wet bar and beautiful views out to the ocean. Tranquil, beachy decor throughout. Large kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. We've thought of everything including beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and even fishing poles.

Quite location steps from the beach

Gorgeous well kept condo with everything you need for short or long stay. Steps from the beach and pool directly outside patio. Short drive to flagler or daytona and just over an hour to orlando. Will definitely be staying again and bringing family.

Wonderful vacation spot

We loved our stay here. Easy access to the beach, condo had everything that we needed, quiet friendly area, and host was very easy to get in touch with for whatever we had questions about. I would highly recommend staying here.

Condo clean and kitchen well stocked!!!

We really had a great time and the kitchen was well stocked. The only drawback was not knowing ahead of time about HOA rules about toddlers who are still in diapers not being allowed in swimming pool even with swim diapers on. Had we known this upfront we would have looked for somewhere else to stay. However, we only used the pool with our 2 year old grandson one time before finding this out midweek. He loved the ocean. Overall we had a really great time.

Quiet and spacious

It had everything we look for in a condo. It was quiet, clean and had the essentials such as all the kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. It also has an attached garage and a great location just steps from the beach. We were there for 5 weeks and would happily stay there in the future.

Communication with owner was excellent and everyone in the complex was so welcoming. Absolutely no excess noise from anyone which was appreciated.

Awesome Condo

Private beach across the street, super quiet get-a-way, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will ever need. Great pool, but did not have a hot tub as advertised in VRBO. We even had a garage for our car. Overall great 2 week stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location with easy beach access

Nice quiet location with easy beach access. Overall very clean and comfortable. Lots of space, comfortable and homey, cute decor. Kitchen appliances and basic dishes and cookware were nice. Some of the kitchen like cooking utensils and kitchen towels could be updated, but otherwise it was a great kitchen space. The bed linens and bath towels were nice and fresh. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Good place for a family vacation.

30th Wedding anniversary

We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at a special place and we not disappointed. Leslie was so accommodating even sending a bottle of champagne for our special day. Condo was comfortable and updated. Beach and the view were perfect. We will definitely return. Thanks Leslie.

Amazing stay.

The condo was absolutely perfect. There was not one negative thing about it. We were right across the street from the gorgeous beach and only a 15 minute drive to Daytona beach. The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. We DEFINITELY plan on staying again!

Perfect spot

I loved this place, view of the ocean was amazing. Owner was very attentive and checked in on us a few times. Place was clean and spacious and pretty. Everything worked, pool was awesome. Neighbors were good people.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

Loved our stay. This is truly an amazing place. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. The beach is literally steps away from the front door. Great ocean views from the upstairs balcony. Local people are very friendly and helpful. Just bring your tooth brush, everything you could need is provided, especially in the kitchen. Close to groceries and entertainment. Daytona Beach and Flagler Beaches are a short drive.

The community lives up to its name, Villa Sereno, and we hope to provide our guests with many relaxing days full of sunshine, fresh air and lots of wonderful memories.

It's close to all the action that Daytona Beach and Orlando have to offer, but it's not too close. Truly just 60 steps away to the beautiful beach with lots of views from every window.

Quiet, peaceful community. Close to grocery stores and shopping in Ormond beach with great restaurants nearby and charming Flagler Beach just about 15 minutes to the north. And easy day trips to Orlando, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, New Smyrna Beach, etc
