When you choose this spot for your vacation, you'll find coming and going and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature are easy breezy thanks to the ground floor location.

Located in Orange Beach, this cute, earth-toned condo is across the beach road from Cotton Bayou State Park Beach, a fantastic handicap-accessible public beach access with free parking, restrooms, and sometimes even a food or ice cream truck for a quick snack!

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is able to accommodate up to six people. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed. There's also a set of berth bunks the little ones will love and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The open floor plan means everyone can be together whether preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting at the dining table or perhaps catching up on a good book or watching the big game on the big-screen TV in the living room.

The patio overlooks the area's natural scenery and is a great place to enjoy a meal together or just relaxing to the sounds of nature in the morning hours.

The condo complex comes with an outdoor pool for an extra dose of family fun. The complex is situated near a variety of restaurants and attractions. One guest commented that the 'location was great...close to everything!'

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: The HOA board has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the COMMON areas and parking lot.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
