Great weekend getaway

Super cute condo for a quick weekend. Conveniently located in between orange beaches hot spots. Great pool. Comfortable bed and overall a clean stay. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed for cooking. The only thing I’d add would be a few more towels, and maybe some pool/beach towels!

Just okay

No real complaints. Other than the furniture was really outdated and worn out. So worn out that the recliner sat sideways & sunk in & the couch looked old & dirty. The bathroom was tiny & had multiple holes in the walls. You couldn’t enjoy the balcony bc it was so close to the busy & loud street out front.

Location Great but Condo Does Not Have Wi-Fi

This condo is absolutely wonderful because of its location. The location is very close to anything and everything you need for a beach vacation. The patio view is amazing. The place was also very clean. The reason for only 2 stars is everything else. I was under the impression that the place had wi-fi and even sending me information to use the day before our arrival, a wi-fi connection was even listed. When we arrived, wi-fi was not available and when I called to find out what I needed to do, if anything, to get it to where I could use it, I was then informed the place did not have wi-fi and all the information listed prior was a telephone connection and I could therefore not access wi-fi for either my cell phone or my laptop during the entire vacation. The condo also had a broken toilet seat and a broken spring in the fold out mattress of the couch. I called and reported these things and while an apology was given to me on the phone, no one came to fix these problems during our stay. I highly respect Vacasa and this is the first time I have ever left a sub-par review on any of their properties. I do hope that these issues are resolved for future renters as this condo is in a great spot and location, but clearly needs some fixes at the moment.

Not for us

I wouldn’t recommend for any friends or family and we definitely wouldn’t stay here again but it might work for someone else. We drove over 6 hours and were not able to get in upon arrival because we were given the wrong code with wrong instructions on how to enter the condo. After getting the correct code and instructions we were able to get in. There was a bit of a smell but we thought it was coming from the old hotel furniture in the room. The view to the beach across the street was amazing. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there and we weren’t able to use the shower the first night because the local office had closed and customer service had no idea what to do.(pull the circular ring down that’s connected to the faucet) Other than that it was just ok, a few remaining hairs from the previous occupants, and impersonal. I will make sure to research further before booking to make sure that it’s a homeowner or person that we’re booking instead of a rental company like Vacasa. Maybe all of their properties aren’t this way and maybe this would do for someone else but it just wasn’t for us.

Memorial day stay

Loved everything. But the dryer did not work for 2 days but it did get fixed. All responses were very fast. Clean condo. Awesome pool and very clean.
