The space was upgraded, and very nice and comfortable for our large family. Great views of the ocean. The host dropped by to introduce himself and his wife was always messaging me to see how things were going. Great place to stay at. Its our second time with this host in the same complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items. The washer and dryer are convenient when booking a longer stay. The garage is an added bonus too.

We really enjoyed our time at this Imperial Beach condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal, right by the beach with easy access to a long scenic walking trail that stretches for miles. It was perfect for morning strolls and evening walks with a view.The area felt safe and relaxed, with restaurants, coffee shops close by and some within walking distance. Parking was and check-in was simple.While we didn’t spend much time in the water, we loved how peaceful the beach was for sitting, walking, and enjoying the breeze.A great spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the quiet beauty of the coast.

Fantastic home base

Two families met here for a weeklong vacation. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well-supplied so we could eat in many meals, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. We booked this home knowing we would have to drive to a further beach to swim, but we also enjoyed the shops and food close-by. The home was well-suited for our age-ranges and included: bunk beds, a toddler bed, high chair and toddler dishes. This was a great, comfortable place to relax and enjoy San Diego.

Ladies trip

My friends & I were able to get away. We have been friends for over 45 years. Imperial Beach was a great place. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to, the kitchen was well stocked. Very clean and the space was fantastic. Easy to communicate with the owners. Easy checking in and checking out! Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

The property was clean. It had a hospitable feel and a good fit for 6 adults and a teenager. The host checked on us to see how our stay was initially and towards the end of our stay. The property is also located close to restaurants and shops.

Perfection

I cannot express how great this stay was. The owners made us feel so welcome and made the entire process stress-free. The town home was in a perfect spot for us to quickly drive into Coronado or jump on the freeway to head north to Old Town or Little Italy. There’s also plenty to do in IB. This place was spotless clean. Large bedrooms, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. There was plenty of tow la for the bath or the beach and with a tankless hot water heater, our family of 5 girls never ran out of hot water. I would highly recommend Harold and Natalyia’s place for your next stay in IB.

Comfort living, with amazing location and best price around.

Comfortable stay (understatement) and great jumping off point for Coronado and Imperial Beach, and all things San Diego.We occupied all four rooms for a family vacation. Can't wait to go back. Fully stocked kitchen for all dining and cooking needs.The owners were accessible at any time via text in case we needed anything.Great walk-up Mexican food venue about a 5-minute walk away. The burritos were phenomenal. Just as advertised.Thank you!

Great property, great hosts

This was a great property: spacious, clean, and well set-up. The hosts were the most engaged that we've ever had, even coming over to make sure all was set up well. We really loved it and check-in was easy. The only thing we wished had been a bit different wasn't due to the property or hosts at all: we'd planned to spend a lot of time at the beach, but pollution was so bad that the beach was unsafe for the duration of our visit. Also, we didn't realize how many townhomes were packed into a tiny space, and sometimes people were loud outside at night and the sound carried to us.All in all, we'd definitely stay here again and we found it a great value for the money, on top of having the bests hosts we've ever had at a vrbo.

An excellent stay!

We took our kids out to San Diego for New Year’s and had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at Natalia and Harold’s place. It was perfect for our family and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend this property for families. Lots of space and the layout is ideal, with all of the bedrooms upstairs so the early bedtimes are not disturbed by the night owls.

Great for a multi generational family trip

We stayed here with grandparents, and 2 families with small kids (2 and 3 yrs). It was a great place for us to land each night. Beds were very firm but comfortable. All rooms are located upstairs so you can have early risers and night owls enjoying themselves downstairs without disturbing anyone. Well stocked with more than just the basics in the kitchen. Responsive hosts. You’ll need to supply your own toilet paper and trash bags if you have a large group staying for more than a couple of days. CVS was right down the road which was great. Garage parking for 2 vehicles was nice to have. Worked well for our family and we would recommend

Enjoyed our Stay

Harold and Nataliya were extremely friendly and responsive from the moment of booking. They were on top of anything we needed. The house was perfect for our combined families of 8, four adults and four kids. The set up was nice for each family to have two rooms near each other and a bathroom. We were initially concerned with the size, but it turned out to be perfect for us. The garage is small, but we were able to squeeze a large SUV and full size car in with careful maneuvering. The location of the house was also great for us. We went to several beaches, Coronado and Glorietta Bay were the most convenient, but Mission Beach was not too far. We also went to La Jolla Shores which was a little further, about 25 min. Sea World is fairly close, but Legoland is about 45 minutes away. We also took advantage of the strand which is steps from the house. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding along the beach and bay. The house is close to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream. We would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked large family stay

Really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 6 person family to stay comfortable. Everything was stocked and and convenient for us to cook breakfast each morning before taking off for our multiple adventures. Thank you for such a great stay.

Pleasant and easy

Owners are personal with their communication which helps ease the anxiety of bad experiences. The home had plenty of space, all rooms were very much on the larger size with no crowding. We didn’t make it to the local Imperial beach due to other obligations with a military graduation but the distance from all of that at the end of the day allowed us to settle in, relax, and enjoy the reunion with our loved one. Do not hesitate this rental for an MCRD Graduation, the drive was easy with minimal traffic delays.

Ideal location

The location was ideal: a choice of routes into the city (I-5 or 75 down the Silver Strand). Near the excellent don Pacho mexican take-out. Furnishings, supplies and roominess worked perfectly for our three families.

A great stay in a great location.

We had a great stay here with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. The location was near many beaches, the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium and not far from Lego Land. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The condo was very nice and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many other nice to have amenities. The hosts, Harold and Nataliya, were very responsive, great with their communication, check in/out instructions and letting us know if anything was needed to let them know. Would recommend this property and stay here again. Thank you Nataliya and Harold for a great stay!

Beauty on the bay.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space and seating for large group. Perfect location, walking and biking path from condos door, beach just a couple blocks away. Rental bikes will get you around town if you choose not to drive. We will be back! Perfect place to stay!

Condo in Imperial Beach

We had a wonderful stay for our son’s military graduation. The condo is well situated, close to the base, and very clean. The host was very helpful. It has great access to paths for walking. Enjoyed it a lot.

Christmas in Imperial Beach

My wife, our daughter and her husband, and two of our grandchildren were fortunate enough to be able to spend Christmas and New Years at this condo in 2023. The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed for our stay, with lots of room (4 bedrooms!) a nice large kitchen/dining room/living room area on the main floor and a two car garage. The location is in the south of San Diego but commuting anywhere to the main attractions was easy. A very convenient walking/biking sidewalk network went for miles nearby and was literally a half block from the condo. The owners were super, meeting us as we checked in, and checking regularly to see if we needed anything. All in all, a perfect place for a San Diego vacation.

Wonderful Stay

This property was amazing for a larger family. We had 8 people stay and there was plenty of room. The hosts were amazing and the communication was very timely. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone. Coronado and Imperial Beach are beautiful and so was this property!!!!

Did I mention Location? And it is close to the public pool( 5 min to drive) and BBQ yet still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Open downstairs for everyone to hangout. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, 2 car garage. Walk to several eateries, and groceries perfectly located for walking to. And this place is NEW UPSCALE FANTASTIC !!!
