El club de playa es un complejo privado de tres pisos y cerrado. El Beach Club es un edificio en forma de U que se encuentra en la arena, no hay una calle concurrida o un paseo marítimo que lo separe de la playa. Cuenta con su propia piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y zona de barbacoa en el amplio atrio del jardín.

La Unidad # 108 es una unidad del primer piso que le ofrece una vista directa del mar frente al mar. Se relajará con el suave sonido de las olas del océano. Tendrás tu propio patio privado, soleado y directo frente al mar.

Relájese en un pintoresco pueblo de playa, pasee por la tranquila playa. ¡Camina por el viejo muelle de pesca y trae tu caña y cebo! Excelente surf! Mira o participa! Te place is what you see! But fire alarms 2 Consecutive days!

There was sand on the restroom, The master room TV didn’t work! You have strangers manager and another employee waking you up and going in to the property! Property management requirements for Fire detectors! Fire detectors on since 8:00 on the first day to noon. On the second day fire drill alarm at 8:30 fire detectors on again for 2hrs ! Not want you want on your vacation!

Great location, but….

Location can’t be beat…*if* you are allowed to swim at Imperial Beach. Contaminants and sewage warnings the entire week we were there. This property was fine…needs a LOT of upkeep. Every major appliance was in disrepair of sone sort, the amenities were very scarce (2 rolls of TP per bathroom per stay is rough…especially if anyone needs to blow their nose). Walls are absolutely paper thin (toddler stating above us…rowdy teens on the side). Lots of homeless folks stay near the seawall directly below the property. Additionally, lots of water damage to ceiling.

Second time at this location

The location of this condo is amazing... Light from sunrise and sunsets are beautiful and captivating. The layout is comfortable, and furniture is nice. Bed rooms are dark due to a lack of fully functioning lamps. Upon arriving we found 2 buckets with water in them, on the floor, and a large gash in the ceiling leaking water when it rained. We were never notified or warned ahead of time. The property management company was slow to respond to our calls and emails for help, it took them 2 days rot respond. The support was disappointing, the location is gorgeous.

IB is the bomb!

Wonderful time staying here! Property was perfect. Right on the beach, you could watch the kids from the comfort of the patio and enjoy the sunset! If you forgot something while you were out on the beach the condo was right there! Gorgeous views! Loved it!

Location, location, location...

From the initial steps to reserve, through the stay the staff and support were very helpful. Combined with the beautiful location, this is a preimier location. The sea, the views, the facilities make this a must for me and my family on our next trip.

Great Repeat Visit

We booked this for our far-flung multi-generational family… including grandparents to toddler, our second visit to this property. Spacious, good common area for gathering. Nice pool & spa but the winner is the patio overlooking the Pacific and access to the beach down a secure access. We watched dolphins at play, surfers and one night we even saw bio phosphorescent waves rolling in. Daily coffees and sunsets there! Plenty of walk-to food options and a good kitchen. Since this was our second visit, we clearly liked the property and would return again.Host was very prompt with communications. Great stay.

Spectacular!

The condo was wonderful. It was just steps to the beach with a lovely beachfront patio that was perfect for dining, enjoying coffee, sharing a drink, and relaxing while listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The condo had everything you might need for cooking dinner at home, but was also easily within walking distance to a bunch of fun restaurants. The property managers were immediately available to answer any questions. We wish we were still there! Will definitely be going back.

Great Location But Condo Needs a Facelift

Our family had a great stay. The condo is right on the beach and lots of things to do around it. However, the condo needs a little maintenance. Given that we had kids staying there we were fine with the condition be a little run down, but things such as broken blinds to block the hot sun was a little much. A light in the master bath was out so it was very dark and the gate to the beach entrance was broken so we didn’t have direct beach access. I was also a little surprised at how stingy they were on things such as paper towels and toilet paper. There were also no basic condiments, such as salt and pepper, or knives that worked, or a kitchen sponge. Little things like that are very irritating given the amount we paid.

Good gateway place

The house overall is great, Easy access to the beach and is very comfortable, but the lighting is a bit dark in the rooms. I sent a request to see if my parents could have a late check out but never heard back from anybody. There are many restaurants within walking distance, a little park for kids and even an ice cream shop.

Place wonderful but management unresponsive.

The place was really nice but we needed access code for garage and never received a response. I even called and marked the message urgent. Luckily we followed another car into the garage. The rest was easy except we only had one key and you needed it for everything. There were four of us and this was restricting. One sink and shower got clogged, again no response from management but found housekeeping and they did resolve our issues immediately. Everything else was a wonderful time. The view was breathtaking. The unit was comfortable.

Love the area. Was not very clean, table had old crusty food on it, stained couches, sand in shower

Renting property was easy. Tv in bedroom didn’t work, fireplace glass missing with jagged metal edges.

Not a safe neighborhood

We arrived and there were homeless in the garage. We did not feel safe. I had to call to get my check in documents. The area was horrible with homeless everywhere. I asked the management for a different property and expressed my concerns and they did not care saying that homeless has increased a lot since Covid. There was sand everywhere in the home and the lighting was horrible. We won’t be back.

Love the house and location was amazing love this place.

Construction above us starting at 7am every morning was ridiculous. During the week..... thats a given but on a Saturday and Sunday......? Obnoxious. Still was an absolutely amazing trip. Need more brighter lights felt dungeon-y but overallwould book again

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

This is an ideal and relaxing place for taking vacation with a beautiful ocean view. Loved watching the sunset and look forward to coming back again in the future. Few things need to be fixed like one of the faucet handles in the connecting bathroom is missing, the toilet roll holder in the half bath is broken and not enough towels.

Beautiful vacation

The ocean is right in front of unit. Nice patio and complex very safe. Weather was fantastic for November. Walking distance to everything so never used the car. Definitely will return.

Beautiful views but condo needs work

Great views in a nice quiet location. There was enough seating and it was comfortable. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. We stayed here 3 or 4 years ago and although it needed some work then, it was in much better shape. The unit is in needs a descent amount of work now which is too bad because this is a great unit. Outside the building looks like it's falling apart in some spots and the umbrella on the table outside was broken as well as some of the chairs. Inside the blinds didn't work, windows were corroded and wouldn't open, ice maker didn't work, to get the TV to work we had to lift up and support the hdmi cable, several pieces of bedroom furniture were broken or missing handles, fireplace was corroded and wasn't set up to work, broken bathroom faucet, no mat in the master shower(had one slip and fall), cabinets need to be re-stained, not enough towels, plates or glasses, the whole place could use some new paint. The bedrooms could use some more lights-very dark. Despite all these problems, we had a great time. Alway do when the family gets together. Unfortunately we won't be using this condo again until improvements are made.
