Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 504, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Condo 1-504 is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor at Edgewater Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

Pool was nice. I think they need more chairs for the size of the resort. People come down and throw towels on the chairs at like 7am so it was almost impossible to get one with an umbrella.

We had a wonderful time!

We loved the condo, and the location was perfect! Easily accessible to everything in the area! We’d never been to The Edgewater before and we loved the resort feel, with its own store, Starbucks, and restaurant. We especially loved being able to order food from the restaurant to be delivered to our cabana by the pool! Kelly and Farah were great hosts, and super responsive anytime we had any questions. We’d recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay here again!

Our 4th time here all went GR8! The condio clean and well stocked. Farah, with Emerald Coast kept us well informed from start to the day we left. The emplyees at EB&G resort are pleasant and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate.

Property was wonderful the view was gorgeous location was great. The rental was nice . Very clean . The restaurant on site was great the walks on the beach were wonderful. The whole complex was clean well kept. Would recommend this place ! Communication and getting into the place was all good .

Excellent condo and resort!

Condo was clean, had amazing gulf and pool views, great location and resort amenities. Property manager was quick and easy to communicate with and the area / resort was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Great Beach Vacation

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Edgewater Resort. We loved the condo and all the amenities . We had such a wonderful, peaceful vacation here and enjoyed every minute . We definitely plan to come back.

Great Vacation!

Great location over looking the pool and beach! We enjoyed the resort amenities from the pool, gym, restaurant and beach chairs. There was even jet ski's available to take out.
