Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 504, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

A Perfect Stay For A Single, Couple, or Family of 4

This condo has an exceptional, picturesque view of the main pool & Gulf of America from both the living area & bedroom — walking up to views of the Gulf from the master bedroom is to die for — & I was pleasantly surprised at how much space this condo has, which can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, since there are 2 full bathrooms & a sofa bed. The only thing that keeps this unit from being a 5-star is the loud music from the main pool, which some might enjoy but others can find extremely annoying.

Panama City Beach Vacation

The property was nice. Loved the resort feeling of the place. If you have kids they take care of them really well here lots to do.

We enjoyed the unit 504 at Edgewater Resort, the only thing that was an issue is they do not give access even 1 minute early. Revieced access code when I called at 4pm check in day. (most resorts --20 or more we have been to let you in a little early up to 1 hour). Beach was great and run well. Elevators great. Bed was good and Kitchen well stocked.Like I said good unit. AC was great for all days in the mid 90's.ABOUT THE RESORT:EDGEWATER RESORT, We found it unfriendly and costly. The pool has little shade and they offer cabanas for 300 to 500 per day! Even in Cancun these type rentals are about 100 day. Music at the main pool was loud all day from about 10 am to 10 pm--- no mid day sleeping and I guess till the DJ quits. One night only 3 or 4 people were down on the pool / music area and the DJ was yelling how great it was to be there and see you Sat. night (10:15pm) The Oceans Bar has a 3 drink deal was about 28 to 33 so we just wanted a single soda or no alcohol Pina Colada and that was 25 ( we went to the strip and found this for 7 to 12.) I think we are done with Edgewater Resort.
