This three-bedroom home is bright, well-appointed, and within the Tahoe Donner area. Access to Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, and all the best skiing in Winter is close by. This home has a vibrant interior with an open floor plan and large decks, one of which is off the main living area. White cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances adorn the well-appointed full kitchen. There is a half bath off the main living area and two other full bathrooms as well. Each room is bright and comfortable for a luxurious sleep. There is also a small desk office space off the primary room, perfect for remote workers and students. The outdoor area has oversized chairs and a couch, along with a dining table and a private grill. You'll enjoy HOA amenity access such as a pool, a playground, firepits, and walking trails. This home is also dog friendly and there is a dog run outside, so every member of the family can join in on the fun.

This cabin is located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, which means you're in for some fun and adventure all year round. Right in the neighborhood, you'll find the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center and the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, plus pools, hot tubs, and a gym at the Trout Creek Recreation Center (day-use fees apply). You'll also have access to the Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake five miles south. When the group gets hungry, The Lodge, Alder Creek Cafe, and Pizza on the Hill are sure to please everyone.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
