Ocean beaches & summer breezes come with this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Nantucket style Villa located in Maushop Village. This unit has had many updates in the Kitchen and baths. First floor offers kitchen with stove, ref., dishwasher & stack washer /dryer. Also countertop with breakfast bar. plus living room and dining area have cathedral ceilings with French door to front brick patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. First floor also feature a bedroom, plus a full bath all with wide pine floors. Second floor has a bedroom with peaks of the ocean & full bath. Other features include a back patio and two sheds. Maushop village has private deeded beach rights so bring your bathing suit and beach towels~ you will never want to leave. Near by you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants at the Popponesset Market Place & dine ocean front at the Popponesset Inn. Don't forget the many fine restaurants in Mashpee Commons such as Trevi, Estia and Bleu to name just a few.

Please note, I have just purchased this property, so there are no reviews yet. I expect them to be awesome once they start coming for 2022.

The house was impeccably clean and we loved it. The only drawback was it was after dark when we arrived and the outside lighting didn't work. We texted the owner but he had NO property manager available to fix this problem for us so when we came back after dark it was hard to maneuver the outside steps safely. Supplies were very ample even down to laundry detergent pods made available to us and the price was very reasonable. The road into this house is a little confusing but GPS guided us pretty well. But we never did find the public access to the ocean from the Seabury Community.

Found 2 pubic hairs in the bath tub. The downstairs bedroom had an outlet falling out of the wall. The screen on the sliding door was in very poor condition. The upstairs bathroom’s towel rack was not anchored into the wall. The blinds were missing the draw strings. It was just an ok place to stay. I was very disappointed. The neighborhood was fantastic. But the Vrbo wasn’t exactly as described.

Leider war das untere Schlafzimmer nur als Kofferzimmer nutzbar, weil erstens der Deckenventilator nicht funktionierte und während des gesamten Aufenthalts keine Reaktion auf eine Reparaturbitte erfolgte. Ausserdem befindet sich in diesem Zimmer eine Gastherme, die sehr laut ist und Gasgeruch verströmt. Das Zimmer wird durch diese Gastherme extrem warm. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage im hinteren Hausbereich kühlt im besten Fall die Treppe und die obere Etage. Die obere Etage ist offen. Eine Art Galerie und hat keine eigene Tür. Die kleine Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, die Betten machen bei jeder kleinen Bewegung laute Geräusche, die im gesamten Haus zu hören sind. Unten und oben. Das vorhandene Sofa im Eingangsbereich war extrem verschmutzt. Außerdem fehlte oben Sichtschutz am Fenster. Ich würde diese Unterkunft vor allem wegen der Gastherme und deren Auswirkungen nicht weiter empfehlen.

The condo is very well located. We have a great stay. It was 5 of us. Another bedroom would have been better but we had a great stay anyways! Highly recommend the condo and area.

Smelled like gas, do not book

The first night I woke up to a gas smell. I had to leave and the host did not give me a refund. Several family members confirmed the smell on different days, which came and went throughout the time I was supposed to be staying there. I ended up sleeping on someone else’s couch and this ruined my vacation.

Cape Cod escape

This is a lovely property near Mashpee. It is very close to the beach and part of a larger resort community. Very convenient to other areas (most of the Cape is within an hour's drive--Ptown slightly longer). Extremely quiet and comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cozy.

Off season visit

We had a great stay. Nice and close to the beach so my mid 80’s mom could even walk back and forth. and the raw bar on property was the perfect place for an easy meal. Would happily stay again.

Perfect cozy beach cottage

The cottage was squeaky clean and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It's in a well kept neighborhood village with lots of flowers, plants and trees.

Nice after Labor Day stay

We had a delightful 6-night stay at this property! The clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home was very well maintained and provided the perfect getaway. One small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the blinds in the second-floor bedroom, as it can get quite sunny in the mornings. Scott was incredibly responsive; a minor WiFi glitch was quickly resolved, ensuring a smooth experience. The location is fantastic—just a leisurely 5-minute walk to a beautiful private beach, where you can enjoy long strolls along the ocean to Popponesset Bay. It’s also a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to Maushop Village, with charming restaurants and shops. Visiting after Labor Day meant it was wonderfully quiet, and I can only imagine how vibrant it must be during the summer months. I would definitely choose to stay at Scott’s property again in the future. Highly recommended!

Cape Cod Stay

What a great place to stay for our first visit to Cape Cod. The unit had everything we needed and suited our needs perfectly. The location was excellent. Located in a quaint neighborhood and only about a minute walk to the beach. Easy to get to great shopping and eating venues. We could not have been more pleased.

Relax at the Cape

It was all we wanted. Love the area. Peaceful and quiet with a short stroll to the beach. Cute and comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo. One or two suggestions, not criticisms, just suggestions. Would be nice to have had a street map of New Seabury. I'm a visual person and can generally find my way around if I can orient myself north to south. But then again I love maps and not GPS. Good to know, that you should raise door handle to lock and unlock door. Had a wonderful stay and hope to repeat it soon. Wish you all the best and thanks!!!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

We were so pleased with our stay. It was exactly as pictured and just lovely. Beautiful picturesque walks and views, coffee on the patio greeted by birds and sounds of waves. Does not get any better. We will definitely return.
