Lovely property that was a great fit/space for the whole family! Direct access to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas provided for a quiet beach experience, amazing outdoor seating and grill, and great communication from hosts! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! It was fantastic for our Golden Retriever as she loved swimming in the warm water and exploring the beach with very few people in the end of August. We didn’t use the nice new raised patio on the street side of the house as we stayed mostly on the beach side. Thought the gate in photos meant the beach side of house was roughly fenced in but our dogs quickly found the side path straight to the beach! The outside handheld warm shower was awesome! Plenty of seating and gathering spaces, beautiful kitchen and downstairs bathroom/shower!

The property is in a prime spot with great views and easy access to the beach. Everyrhing seems newly updated. Very cozy and clean. Highly recommended all around.

We've stayed at many different places on the Cape over the years. This was the best. The house is great and the beach location is fantastic.

Most relaxing

What a beautiful place to stay exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries :-) loved waking up every morning to see the sunrise over the ocean. just to have the beach right out the back door was amazing .The owner Tim is amazing . Thank you Tim for letting us enjoy your place we can't wait to book this house in the future again.

Peaceful getaway.

Being steps from the water was a dream. We could hear the waves, watch the sunrise over the water, and view the stars at night. There were a lot of amenities- games, beach gear, kitchen supplies. The renovated first floor was lovely. The area is close to many destinations on the Cape and inland. Loved our time there.

Amazing view and house

This place was amazing! I wish that I had booked a longer time at this property! This place had EVERYTHING that one needs to be comfy and relax. The TV in the master fascinated my 10 year old and had my husband itching to build a similar set up now. I loved the view, the location, the decor and the peacefulness of this home.

You can't beat the location! All the updates were nice , I just wished that the basement was cooler. We couldn't use the bed down there, we were in a heat wave though. It was a great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay

The house and location are good. Lots of games, bikes beach activities are available. It's also a quiet relaxing location. For clarity, the listing said 2 full and 1 half bath, but an outdoor handheld shower is considered by VRBO to be a full bath. So, in actuality there is 1 full and 1 half bath and an outdoor hand held shower to hose the sand off.

Beautiful Beach House with Direct Beach Access!!! This was our first Vrbo experience and it did not disappoint!!! Our trip was in mid-September so we were practically the only ones walking on the beach. The house has views of the ocean from almost every room, including the 2nd floor master, we woke up to sunrises every morning!!! Also sunsets from the front deck!!!Tim and Wendy were also great hosts and provided us with all the info we needed to know about the house and local restaurants and attractions. Thanks!!!

Great beach house!

Great place- awesome outdoor grill and cooking area with a deck and great views of Cape Cod Bay. Sits right on a beautiful beach which is great for swimming and relaxing. Perfect location. Inside is updated kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom. AC throughout the house. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this one. We spent a week here with three generations of the family and will hopefully be back.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!

We had a blast! Everyone who came to visit was thrilled with the location, ocean view and the array of amenities!! Beautiful sunrises occurred nearly every morning!! ☀️Our hosts were delightful, quick to respond to requests and provided us with a charming welcome basket complete with a personalized photo album to store our memories. Great vacation spot and home!

We spent a week at Martini house and had a wonderful vacation. The home was right on the beach and this was a perfect section of beach for them to spend hours playing in the sand and surf. The home was well set up with plenty of towels and beach chairs. The kids loved playing "store" at the little sitting area near the beach- charging adults to pass through to the beach! So many great memories! The location near the Sagamore bridge made it easy to get onto the Cape on the 2 rainy mornings when we went to Woods Hole and Yarmouth. Tim was a great host, very responsive to all our questions. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a beachside vacation with children.

Hidden Gem!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!! Stop searching!!!!!

This home is A-Mazing!!! Trust me you want to be right here!!!! Stop looking for a another house. Tim was so responsive and this home is so well designed. The View!! the beach!!! The ease of access!!! All 10 out of 10 !!!! The amenities…. my gosh we never wanted to leave!!! We will be back. The area is so quiet the neighbors are lovely all around you. Literally heaven!!! Tim thank you and your family for being so thoughtful and caring. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Memories for a lifetime.

Martini Beach House was beautiful and sits directly on a wonderful beach! Everything you needed for fun on the beach was at the ready. All of the essentials were fully stocked in bathrooms and the kitchen. I would recommend this beach house for any family looking for a relaxing getaway!

We loved our stay at Martini House! The house is very well-equipped and the beachfront location cannot be beat. Wendy and Tim were very responsive and sent someone over quickly to address an issue with one of the AC units. We enjoyed a mix of time on the beach, cooking at the house, meals out, and exploring the area, especially Plymouth and Sandwich. Terrific vacation!! Thank you, Wendy and Tim!
