This spacious two-bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably (up to 6). Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area—perfect for relaxing together or preparing a family meal. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bath, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds.
After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind with a refreshing drink on your private patio. Bring your surfboard or bike—there’s a full garage to store all your beach gear!
Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, the fishing pier, and your morning donut or ice cream spot—or take a short drive to explore historic Downtown St. Augustine.

COVID wellness/ cancelation policy:
Although we practice rigorous cleaning practices, we request that if you or a member of your party has tested positive for COVID that you refrain from staying with us in the best interest of the community and our future guests. Our cancellation policy remains the same with slight moderation: If cancellation notice is received 30 days in advance a full refund will be issued, 7-14 days is a 50% refund, while less than 7 days is non-refundable. However, in the rare instance that the less than 7 day cancelation is due to a positive COVID test, you may receive a credit to be put towards future bookings with us.
