Welcome to The Villa, a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed coastal getaway just one block from the beach! Styled with comfort and simplicity in mind, this home features concrete floors, custom wood vanities, accent walls, and neutral organic linens—creating an earthy, modern vibe right here in Florida.
This spacious two-bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably (up to 6). Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area—perfect for relaxing together or preparing a family meal. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bath, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds.
After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind with a refreshing drink on your private patio. Bring your surfboard or bike—there’s a full garage to store all your beach gear!
Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, the fishing pier, and your morning donut or ice cream spot—or take a short drive to explore historic Downtown St. Augustine.
This property is Unit B of a side-by-side duplex. Traveling with another family or group? Ask about renting our sister unit next door or one of our four nearby villas to stay close together.
Parking: 2 spaces available for Unit B.
Guest Requirements: Renting guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. No parties, loud music, or events—this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

COVID wellness/ cancelation policy:
Although we practice rigorous cleaning practices, we request that if you or a member of your party has tested positive for COVID that you refrain from staying with us in the best interest of the community and our future guests. Our cancellation policy remains the same with slight moderation: If cancellation notice is received 30 days in advance a full refund will be issued, 7-14 days is a 50% refund, while less than 7 days is non-refundable. However, in the rare instance that the less than 7 day cancelation is due to a positive COVID test, you may receive a credit to be put towards future bookings with us.

Just as wonderful as the last time!

This place checks all the boxes for me and my family: perfect location, walkable to the beach and other favorite spots; the house is clean, absolutely beautiful, relaxing, with plenty of room for our family of four, a coffee table big enough for a big puzzle, kitchen table perfect for many game nights, cabinet space for all our snacks, lovely bathrooms, supremely comfortable beds for great nights of sleep, plenty of outlets for all the devices we all have now, easy parking, gorgeous back yard & patio, and an all around quiet neighborhood. And our favorite bonus feature is the filtered water at the sink--we appreciate that so much! We will be coming back to this house for as long as we can! We love it many times over.

My wife and I stayed here for a beach vacation with our 2-year old. The location is absolutely perfect, about 1.5 blocks from beach access and just a half block from the main drag. Also, we've never stayed anywhere so well equipped/designed for a family with young children. Minimalist decorations so I wasn't worried about our toddler breaking things and well stocked with toys, pack & play, highchair, and even kids plates and bibs. The only issue we had was there was a miscommunication and it wasn't "turned over" with clean sheets and towels for when we arrived. But Libby and her husband went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even calling us from a family wedding in Europe to address the situation. Stop looking and just book it.

Spring break 2025

We came to St Augustine for spring break. Found this beautiful property it was just as described. It was clean and because we had a 2 yr old and a 5yr old, we found toys games and books appropriate for their ages. We also used beach toys chairs and umbrella provided by the host. House is walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream and coffee places. Excellent location We have no complaints would recommend this property to anyone who wants to vacation in St. Augustine.

This was our second visit. The unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location is very near the beach, with great restaurants, ice cream places, and carry out nearby.

Great in every way!

We had 2 wonderful weeks in St. Augustine Beach, one week of absolutely beautiful weather and one week of chillier but still beautiful weather. This rental was perfect for us! The location is, in my opinion, the very best on the beach. It's within a few blocks of the beach and easily walkable to restaurants (Beachside Diner is right around the corner along with Mayday Ice Cream), bars, a few shops, Kookaburra Coffee, etc. We had plenty of room. There was a comfy king-size bed in the master and 2 doubles in the 2nd BR (which we didn't use, so can't comment on comfort). Huge shower in the master bath. Nice privacy-fenced back yard. Washer and dryer. Communication with Libby was great and she even let us borrow a hose to wash our vehicle. There were beach chairs, 2 coolers, boogie boards, and a beach cart in the garage. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Libby was amazing. Our stay was planned just after the hurricane came through. She was amazing in communicating with us about what was happening in the area and very accommodating to the situation none of us had control over. The Villa was very clean and just as we expected it from the listing. The walkability is what drew us to this specific rental and it was exactly what we were looking for on this trip. I would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Super clean and spacious

This property was a great location and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bathrooms, which are my pet peeve, look well maintained and recently renovated. The entire property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

An exquisite gem!

We feel so lucky to have found rental in the perfect spot, crafted to be such a calm and beautiful experience in every way! We will certainly be back again. Even the backyard felt like another room, private, clean, and lush with the same simple beach vibes as the rest of the house-- I loved it so much, I painted it in my memory book. It is certainly an artist's dream to stay here. I stayed with my husband and two teen daughters. We all loved the comfortable beds, the spa like bathrooms, the ample kitchen with awesome bar seating, comfy couch, and the thoughtful space for everything! Very short walk to the beach and LOTS of amazing restaurants --The beach access is just a block away across one street. It was very easy to hit the beach up for impromptu morning & evening walks, which is how we roll on our vacations. We are also eco-conscious and GREATLY appreciated the built in RO water filter in the kitchen. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Perfect spot at St. Augustine beach!

We had the best time at Libby’s property. She was super responsive and so easy to communicate with. The duplex is spotless. Everything felt very updated and new. It had 2 great bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master had access to a cool, private back yard area which was a great place to lounge after the beach. There is also a wonderful outdoor shower as part of the outdoor space. The kitchen and living room had everything you could need if you decided to stay in and cook and watch tv. Both were very comfortable. The Washer and dryer came in handy, as did the beach wagon with 3 beach chairs. It Made getting to and from the beach super easy. The location was perfect- 2 blocks from the beach, a very short walk to great restaurants, ice cream, and morning donuts. Our favorites were Beachside Diner (breakfast), Beachcombers (lunch), Island Donuts, and Mayday Ice Cream. There were plenty of other options that we didn’t get to. Perfect excuse to come back and visit again, and we will definitely choose this spot! Thanks for a perfect trip!

Location! Location! Location!

This property (with its very trendy vibe) is just a short walk to the beach. The owner has kindly provided beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, pull cart). Bonus...the home is steps away from a five star diner and ice cream shop. We loved our stay so much we are coming back! Thanks Libby!!!

Quick St Augustine trip

Needed a quick two day rest between Disney and The Players at TPC Sawgrass. Location was perfect for us. We ate at the Salt Lick Food Shack, Island Donuts, Mayday Ice Cream (all within walking distance), then drove to Mango Mango’s Caribbean Grill and Bar. House had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Lovely.

Great location in St. Augustine Beach

The condo was comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. The host provided great information on the locale and what to see, where to eat and where to shop. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The one thing we missed was having an outdoor grill. We would go back!

Incredible Stay

My partner and I LOVED our stay here. The host is easy to communicate with, easy check in and check out. The space is somehow even more amazing than the photos. Everything is as described. Everything about the space is relaxing. Further, the space makes you feel a bit luxurious and like you can be leisurely about life! Some favorite things we liked: the really nice outdoor shower, there are plentiful and nice toiletries available, the simple spacious back patio/yard, the large master shower, the skylight in the second bathroom, high ceilings, garage space to store things, we had our own beach gear this visit but love when places provide lots of great beach gear as this place did. We thought having to walk one block to the beach was going to be a barrier, but it really is so quick - we could work remotely and go out several times a day for quick "coffee breaks" to catch a few waves. This place is also within walking distance (and bike and short drives) of many restaurants and things to do. We really liked May Day Ice Cream a couple doors down for example. We hope to stay here many times to come.

This property has such a great vibe, that we decided to return vs going to another city altogether. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and historical area make it the perfect getaway. It is set for your comfort.

Perfect for Our Family of Four

This property was perfect for our family of four, my husband and I and our 7 and 5 year olds. I appreciated how clean and uncluttered the house is, but yet had everything we needed for our stay. The kids immediately found their bedroom, they were excited to each have their own bed and loved having the games and toys in the closet. There was also everything you need for the beach, from chairs, umbrella, wagon and sand castle toys. As a mom, I appreciated the attention to detail the owners have. Things like a drying rack with the washer/dryer for swimsuits, a cute little welcome basket, and absolutely love how they designed the space overall. The owners were also very responsive and wonderful to talk to. There is literally a diner next door and an amazing ice cream shop within a minute walk, huge bonuses with the kids. I hope we get to come back for another stay and highly recommend this home!

Perfect Spot

Everything in the listing was exactly what we hoped for upon arrival. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need. Beds were very comfortable. Our toddler was in love with the children’s toys available. Beach chairs, toys, and umbrella provided were perfect for our days at the beach. Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream all nearby. If you are looking to stay in the St. Augustine area, this is the best home around! Thank you for letting our little family enjoy this amazing home!

Great location

We were very close to the beach and to great restaurants. Anywhere else we wanted to go was a short Uber drive which was very reasonable. It was a very fun city to visit!

Great House

The home was clean, modern and updated. We stayed for a quick weekend and enjoyed our time. The beach was up the block and we were able to walk to restaurants but also a short drive to historic St. Augustine. Highly recommend :)

This was a spectacular property! It is so cute and clean as well as well thought out. It is great in proximity to the beach nd has everything needed for the beach. Loved the outside shower!

Amazing house-perfect location!

We had a fantastic time, the house is perfect location 1 block from beach, close to tons of walkable restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from downtown. The house was super clean and modern with all the amnesties you could want including beach chairs and umbrella. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows and bath towels. Libby also let us extend our check out by two hours bc our flight was delayed which was super generous! We define will be back!
