Welcome to our home!
Spindrift House is located in the exclusive 4600 acre gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. This luxury resort style community is located in the beautiful Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. Hacienda Pinilla has tennis, a golf course, horseback riding, kilometers of mountain biking trails, as well as a beach club offering spa treatments, a restaurant, and a beautiful beachside pool. There is also surfing from the beach at the Beach Club.
There is a Marriott hotel within Hacienda Pinilla which has five restaurants should you not wish to cook at home.
The house was built in 2021, and offers everything you need for a fabulous holiday.
The house has four generous bedrooms and four bathrooms all with outdoor showers.
This is true indoor outdoor living as the entire wall of the main house opens up to the fabulous covered sitting space and pool.
The pool is salt water, and cascades from a jetted hot tub, to the main pool, and finally to a shallow area where you can sit in a lounger to work on your tan.
The outdoor area has a kitchen area with a grill, wine fridge, and ice maker. There is seating for eight, and an outside area for el fresco dining.
Inside Spindrift House there are two comfy leather couches, and a grand dining table which seats eight. You can prepare gourmet meals is the professional stocked kitchen which features a gas stovetop.
The house has laundry facilities.
The house is located in Las Golondrinas, and to watch the gorgeous sunsets you have a three minute walk to a beautiful beach. Don’t forget to take a glass of wine to toast your perfect holiday.
