Wonderful stay at a great location!

Our family loved our stay at this condo. The location was second to none. Minutes walk from food and shopping. Our family is going to miss waking up to the sunrise every morning, walks on the beach, relaxing at the pool and enjoying meals on the patio. Communication with the host was great, even with the hurricane we experienced. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic in Every Way !!

The hosts are super, Great communicators, easy to work with and we enjoyed working with them. The condo is awesome !! It is very comfortable, clean with a super location. The sunrises are amazing. The beach location was really nice and not overcrowded. Several restaurants are walkable which we also enjoyed. There were several SpaceX launches during our visit and we could watch them all from the condo or the beach. We highly recommend this property and hope to rent again. The whole experience really deserves more than 5 stars !!!!

Great location!

We spent Christmas and New Years Eve on the beach! The condo has everything you will need and we were pleasantly surprised with the festive welcome gifts provided by the owner. Garage is available for parking and also stores beach chairs and toys. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is facing the ocean with perfect views from the living room and master bedroom. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature and it was clean. Restaurants and shops nearby. There is work being done on the building but the noise disturbance is minimal. You won't beat the location and we hope to return next year!

Incredible View and Cozy!

We spent a glorious month at this property. The ocean view is as magical in person as it looks in the pictures. The condo is bright and airy. We loved the primary bedroom, it is spacious with a huge walk-in closet and a spa-like shower in the ensuite bathroom. We had so much fun walking to local restaurants and bars! The private beach entrance was great - we could be on the beach in two minutes max. The condo also a great flip flop theme, it is super cute. You can tell the owners love the place and have added so many touches to the decor over the years. P.S. there is an awesome wet bar and nothing beats making drinks while you look out at the ocean.

Perfect beachfront location!

We loved everything about this place! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves roll in, we marveled at the beautiful sunrises, and we took in the beach with walks, reading in chairs, and boogie boarding. The weather was perfect in January! The pool was warm and comfortable for one of us that doesn’t like cold water. We saw 2 rocket launches, which was a real treat. Go an hour early if you are going to the rocket launch viewing area since the parking is limited. We had so many nice meals out at fun restaurants: Seafood Atlantic, trivia at Fishlips, The Tiny Turtle, Sandbar Sports Grill, Village Bier Garden, Maters and Taters Produce (juicy oranges), and The Fat Donkey (delicious ice cream). The condo had a very comfortable recliner and couch and comfortable beds. The dishwasher and washer/dryer made the vacation easier. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The condo owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions/comments. We would definitely stay here again! It was a fantastic vacation that filled us with sunshine and happiness!

Great condo in a perfect location

This property is in a great location, convenient to everything in cocoa beach. The view is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. Best place we have stayed in cocoa. Loved it!!

Great oceanfront location

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. View of the ocean was amazing. Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable, which is always a big concern of ours. Mark and Lisa were very quick to answer questions, and even gave us a welcome gift that we enjoyed would definitely like to go there agai.

A trip to paradise

Check in went smooth super easy. We were greeted with a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. The view was incredible. The hosts were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Highly recommended. We will be renting from them again!

Excellent location!

The view of the beach is priceless. Large balcony to watch the sunrise. The location of this condo is ideal - on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning in 2023!

Growing up in Orlando, we always enjoyed convenient access to beautiful Cocoa Beach and dreamed of one day having a place right on the beach. That dream is now a reality and we feel blessed to offer access to our VRBO guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When searching for a property in Cocoa Beach, we spent the time researching and viewing several options. Right when we stepped into this unit, we knew right away that this was the one. When entering the unit, you are immediately captivated by a view of the ocean when looking out of the wide glass sliding doors. The large balcony and ocean view was the best we had seen compared to the other options.
