Space Coast Penthouse Condo on Cocoa Beach

Space Coast Beach Condo is a lovely, ocean view penthouse condominium in Royal Mansions Resorts. Recent renovations have really beautified the complex!

The condo is a 2 story penthouse. There are 2 bedroom suites with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a King size bed and features a vanity/dressing area, large wardrobe and a master bath with both a tub as well as a separate shower. The main floor suite has 2 twin beds, a lot of storage space and a walkout to the balcony. The bathroom has an updated walk in shower. All linens are included. There is a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room for extra accommodations. (It is the most comfortable pull out couch we have ever seen!)

PLEASE NOTE: The condo is NOT handicap or wheelchair accessible. There are two flights of steps to get to the main floor of your condo and no elevator. There is another flight of steps to get to the Penthouse Master Bedroom. If you are able to do the steps we promise the view will be worth it!

Other amenities within the condo: washer and dryer in the unit, free wifi, cable tv and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped... we enjoy cooking when we are on holiday too! We also have beach equipment for you to use... beach towels, beach chairs, and some beach toys. We will leave enough hand, dish and laundry soap out to get you started as well as paper products.

The Resort complex is lovely.... the grounds are beautifully maintained and it feels like a Caribbean resort. There is a heated pool and hot tub on the grounds and we also have a private access to the beach. There are charcoal grills available for your convenience.

We are located on the north end of Cocoa Beach in the City of Cape Canaveral... there are so many wonderful things to do. It is the surfing capital of North America, hosts many eco-tourism opportunities, you can kayak with manatees and dolphins, visit the Kennedy Space Centre, watch a rocket being launched or take a short drive (45 mins) to Orlando and Disney attractions. There are too many fun things to list! Even the sea turtles love it here! Five of the eight species of turtles nest along the beach.

There is a 6 night minimum as per Cape Canaveral by laws.
The Royal Mansions HOA requires the following information 48 hours before check-in: Adults names, number and age of children, vehicle make/model/plate, contact info for one adult. I will be asking for this info after booking.
