Bright, light filled modern home with 2 bedroom and 1.75 baths in the heart of Eastsound Village on Orcas Island. The home has beautiful views of the town and ocean beyond from the 2nd floor balcony. Contemporary finishes with stainless steel appliances provide a clean, clutter-free space to enjoy and relax. There is an office nook with desk and high speed internet for remote work.
Two King size beds and 2 bathrooms spit amongst both levels make this the perfect option for two couples and you are just steps from great local restaurants, shops, galleries, and beaches, making this the perfect location to experience all Orcas has to offer.

This place was perfect for our visit to Orcas Island! It had everything we needed, was extremely clean and a perfect location in Eastsound. Check-in was easy and communication was almost immediate !We enjoyed the 2 decks when we just wanted to chill and relax! I would highly recommend!

This was an excellent unit and great location. The place was professionally cleaned and expertly managed. There were also lots of thoughtful details and considerations that made the stay very easy and perfect. I've rented a lot of places on Expedia and other sites from other places on Orcas Island to Japan to Italy and this place in Eastsound was as good as any place I've stayed. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, Check in and Check out directions were also sent promptly and were easy to follow- check in was seamless and easy. Lastly, we accidentally left several articles of clothing in one dresser drawer. I contacted the property manager the next day, he was able to coordinate with the cleaning team and they mailed them to me in Texas the next day. So not only is the property excellent and everything is expertly managed and cleaned, the team really provided above and beyond service. Thanks.

Wonderful location, everything we needed with a 2.5 year old toddler was right there. Loved that it had two bathrooms as well, so there was no need to share. It also has a little office space nook and.good wifi for those remote work calls. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Larry!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable and great location

Our family of four fit perfectly in this home. It’s located a block or so from the main supermarket and shore so extremely convenient to get to shops and eateries. The home had very comfortable beds and linens, enough cutlery and plates/bowls/utensils etc for our 3 day stay. The view from the balcony was stunning and the area is very quiet at night. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check in and welcomed us with a bag of local coffee. A lovely surprise. Overall an excellent stay and we’d come back again. A huge thanks to Larry, our host.

Bright, clean great location

The property was clean and well maintained. The location was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The host responded very quickly to any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for two couples

This VRBO looked exactly as promised. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice storage space. The common area is small, but the pictures made that plain. Extremely well supplied (kitchen, bathroom, laundry). The outdoor space was beautiful, but unfortunately didn’t have great weather to enjoy most days.

Just perfect in Eastsound

We had a perfect 3 day stay in this modern home in Eastsound. This very clean, nicely decorated home had two lovely master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The king size beds were very comfortable and quiet. We prepared a few meals with our friends and found the kitchen very user friendly and well equipped. We were able to walk to nearby cafes, and shops, and groceries were less than a block away. The hosts checked that we had what we needed and made everything quite easy and streamlined. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone without reservation.

All that was promised was delivered. The “apartment’ is clean and very comfortable. BTW good WiFi! And it’s an easy walk to the East Sound Village.

nice downtown condo

The condo is just a few blocks away from the downtown area of East Sound, and is very well kept, with all of the amenities of home. Easy access to the various hiking/cycling trails in the area. The host was very prompt with responses and information. Definitely a wonderful place to base yourself for a visit to the island.

Wonderful location for our getaway!!!

This home was the perfect choice for our Orcas Island getaway! We loved hiking and exploring during the stay and then being able to return to the lovely deck to relax and enjoy the sunny evenings. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location, being able to walk to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We'll be back!!!

Refreshing Getaway!

Amazingly Perfect

Me and my children, ages 7 and 10, stayed their for one week to have an authentic "Eastsound Experience". We walked everywhere, taking advantage of all the quaint small-town amenities Eastsound has to offer. My children especially enjoyed the freedom of island life to walk to the grocery store and parks by themselves, for me to quickly run to the grocery store, and being able to stay in the perfect place. Appreciated all the help and accommodations from Larry and Kristen and would absolutely stay there again as well as recommend it to others!
