Enjoy all that Tybee Island has to offer in this spacious, beautifully decorated 1BR/BA apartment. Which is a 3-4 block walk to the grocery store and beach. Offers a comfy living room, with an additional sitting area. Large kitchen with stackable washer and dryer. streaming tv in living room, wifi, screened in front porch, back porch with a small fenced in backyard. Located on the bottom left part of the house. Amenity starter kit provided with no pets allowed. Shared pool and private parking.

Quiet neighborhood, Wonderful apartment

Never sleep good when I’m away, but I slept so well in that comfy corner apartment Was a nice neighborhood and the house is on the corner of the streets. Felt at home and did not want to leave. Recommend for one or two adults

A lovely week at the beach!

This was our first trip to Tybee and I hope we can return one day! The home is very large with a king size bed and pull out. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the IGA grocery store is right around the corner so we could stock up with necessities. The pool was a great respite after a hot day at the beach. Some of the lounge chairs need replacing but we were the only ones there so no biggie. Local restaurants were delicious - a bunch are only half a mile away so easy to walk or bike. We lost power due to Hurricane Helene so had to leave a day early. The hosts were very gracious and refunded our money. Thank you!

Wonderful Property

Our stay was wonderful. The property was exactly as pictured/described. The pool was right in the backyard and shared with 3 other units. It was nice to have the pool option if the weather was iffy. Short 10 minute walk to beach. I did reach out to the management company regarding a tv issue which was properly fixed. As a suggestion, I mentioned more dishes were needed as there were only 4 sets which made it necessary to run the dishwasher frequently and there were only enough dishwasher pods for 3 loads. Imagine my surprise when we returned to the unit to find 4 more sets of dishes along with many extra cleaning supplies. We would definitely book this property again.

20th Anniversary trip

The locations is really nice. The property management was responsive with the issues when door did not unlocking. They had to replace the lock. The unit was not clean needs a lot of maintenance & dirty pool. Worse of all there is definitely a moisture issue, the place smelled terrible of mold. Seen mold in the HVAC return closet. We emptied 3-4 gallons of water out of the dehumidifier every day. The doors had huge gaps where bugs came in. Stuffed tin foil in the cracks to keep them out. This was a big disappointment being we were there for the week and celebrating our 20th. We were very uncomfortable in the unit and would it recommend this property. We were refunded the cleaning fee because of bugs, hair in the bed & dirty shower. I’ll stick with renting from real estate from now on.

Pay the extra for a nice plce

Well. For starters the host will not refund unless the island is evacuated. Even if there is a state of emergency declared due to a tropical storm. Insurance won’t make a difference either. Furthermore, any place that you have to shower with mosquitoes and flies is unacceptable in my book. And that lovely dual head shower—don’t buy it. One of the shower heads is broken and held up by a hair tie. There is also a bracket on the wall where a hook clearly came off and wasn’t replaced. Since the bedroom is next to the bathroom, be prepared to wake up with mosquito bites all over you. Be careful using the dishwasher—it tips forward when you open it because it is not properly mounted. Don’t use the washer unless you want your clean clothes to come out covered in sand. Keep in mind, we never managed to put more than our feet on the beach because of Debby. Bring your own k-cups if you plan to have more than one cup of coffee a day as only one per day is provided, even if you have two guests. Be careful using the gate to the pool as well. It doesn’t open all the way and easily gets stuck. Overall there is a lack of everything a Vrbo normally comes with to make your stay exceptional. The WiFi is fine as long as the other guests aren’t using all the bandwidth and the WiFi booster is actually working. Be prepared to bring anything you may need for a rain day because there isn’t even a deck of cards on the property. Book anywhere else to enjoy all Tybee has to offer.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! The bed and furniture was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the pool and marsh view was gorgeous. I wish there were some rugs at the entry doors, especially in the kitchen. The slate tile was very slippery when wet. Everything else was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

Things to add to make the stay even better.

Based on our recommendations I would install a TV in the bedroom and a larger one in the family area. The place was clean but there were huge water bugs/roaches in the kitchen...so a good pest control. The doors to the property aren't enough to feel secure . But we really liked the space of the property.

Tybee time is great time

We love tybee and come often this was our first stay not ocean front the unit was clean and tidy the dehumidifier had to run 24 7 with the weather the way it was this week all in all it was a good except we lost our parking spot the to a large group coming in on friday night

Cozy and convenient.

Our apartment was very clean. We had more than enough towels and everything necessary including an abundance of Bach towels to make our stay pleasant. Was close to the beach but not so close that we had to deal with beach traffic. In summation I would recommend this rental property. Ps the pool was well maintained and very clean.
