Shell’s Seaside Villa is a beautifully updated villa in the quiet Colonnade Club community, located in private, gated Shipyard. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. First floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, including private main bathroom. All new stainless steel appliances, commercial size washer and dryer, private covered porch overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Neutral and comfortable furniture. Quiet and peaceful location, with bike /walking paths a few steps away, 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the pool and spa. Golf course views from covered porch. One hour drive to Savannah, 30 minute drive to Bluffton, 20 minute drive to Tanger outlet mall, 5 minute drive to Coligny shopping and Freedom park. Many options of restaurants, mini golf and 15 minute drive to Seapines where you can enjoy the famous lighthouse and the Salty Dog cafe. Brigantine golf course located inside Shipyard. This updated, modern villa will be your favorite vacation getaway!

Property was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants! We will definitely come back!

We love staying in Shipyard- this Colonnade Club villa was spacious and clean - exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the owners was great, we had all the info we needed before arriving! Great pool area- bikes recommended for traveling to the beach.

Great location and hosts

Just returned from a week long stay. Host communications were great. Short walk to the beach. Private pool was maybe 150 feet from the front door. Our entire family loved our stay. Will definitely be returning.

Superb property.

Wonderful villa located near the beach and the Sonesta Resort. All the amenities for a great vacation with a kitchen full of all the necessary utensils. Ideal parking and access to terrific Hilton Head restaurants and activities. Shelley was exceptional in providing all the necessary information on arrival and departure as well as being available for any questions or issues during our stay. Very highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Great Stay!

We loved every moment of our two weeks at Shelley's Villa. The condo is extremely clean and well equipped. We loved the new floors! It was a perfect size for me and my husband but with two bedrooms and baths the space would also work well for four people. We look forward to a return visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and was gorgeous. It had every modern convenience. There is a shaded path from the condo right to the beach. I would recommend bringing or renting bikes for best beach access. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great villa!

We stayed at this villa in June of 2023 and had the rainiest vacation week we've ever had! With all the rain we spent quite a bit of time in the villa and enjoyed every second! Shelley was a lovely host, great with communication and the villa had everything we could have asked for! It was super clean and perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and we made use of the games provided while waiting out the rain. We look forward to returning. Thanks Shelley for the great villa!!

Wonderful visit to Hilton Head

Very clean well furnished, linens and kitchen pots, silverware all “new”. Only issue was we needed the condo #, only had the address of the group of condos. Would be nice to have better instructions on how to work The TV, coffee pot and dishwasher. Maybe download instruction manuals. Would definetlY stay here again!

Perfect

This condo was very nice and up to date. It was steps away from the pool and hot tub. The journey to the beach was about 12 minutes walking. You could drive it in maybe five minutes. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with and always answered my questions. This condo was perfect for me and my family.

I went with my niece we do a girls trip every year to somewhere new wasn’t sure what to expect but it was convenient to everything and looks just like pictures the host has everything from floats for pool and chairs for beach I enjoyed it so much my husband and I are planning on going bk here

More than Expected

Everything was wonderful. Unit was extremely clean and small touches like salt and pepper, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc were very much appreciated. They really do provide everything you need. We have never seen a kitchen stocked like this one was. It felt like being at home.
