My name is Ana María, and I’m delighted to be your host. Born in Ponce and raised in the charming town of Guayanilla, the southern coast and Caribbean Sea hold a special place in my heart. Before becoming a host, I had the privilege of playing professional and national volleyball—an experience that shaped my love for teamwork and connection. Today, I’m a dedicated nonprofit consultant, dividing my time between vibrant San Juan and the serene beaches of Isabela.

Our neighborhood’s location is truly exceptional, and it’s one of the reasons I chose to make this area home. Urbanización Los Ángeles, established in the 1950s, has a unique history as a community originally designed for airport employees. While its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, what makes this neighborhood special is its peaceful ambiance—especially at night—a quality that our guests consistently appreciate.

The central location offers the best of Puerto Rico’s vibrant attractions and natural beauty. You’re just 5 minutes from the SJU airport and the stunning beaches of Isla Verde, making travel and relaxation effortless. In just 10 minutes, you can explore the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, the lively Ocean Park, and the chic Condado district. For nature lovers, the breathtaking trails and waterfalls of El Yunque Rainforest are only a 40-minute drive away.

I love this area because it blends the tranquility of a close-knit suburban community with the convenience of easy access to the island’s most iconic destinations. It’s the perfect place to experience Puerto Rico’s culture, history, and natural wonders while enjoying a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

What makes our property truly special is the near-private pool experience. Whether you’re starting your day with a refreshing swim, sunbathing in the morning, or unwinding after a day at the beach, having a pool just a few steps from your bedroom is a luxury that our guests consistently rave about.

Unlike many other properties with shared pools catering to larger groups, we intentionally limit occupancy to just two guests per suite, ensuring a serene and balanced atmosphere for everyone. This exclusive approach has earned us glowing reviews throughout our 8+ years of hosting (primarily on another well-known platform where we proudly hold SuperHost status).

Being only 5 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of Laguna Shopping Center—which offers a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and even a cannabis dispensary—provides unmatched convenience.
