Forget your worries in this newly renovated from top to bottom, open concept house. The house is located at about a 5 minute drive from the Falls. 1.4 km distance to Niagara Fall Centre Street, 5 minute drive to Clifton Hill (23mins walking, 1.7km). 2km distance to Casino. Enjoy the second floor looking out to the Niagara Skyline and even enjoy the fireworks display during the summer.

A pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Beautifully fornished house just minutes away from the craziness of Niagara Falls

Very nice and comfortable house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance from Niagara Falls and the "Vegas Strip" part of town but far enough that you can relax a bit a breathe.

Lovely home, a quick 5 minute drive from the Falls with comfortable spaces including a fenced backyard. Joanne communicated all information thoroughly & quickly. A great stay overall!

Great location.

This house was just what we needed for our small group of 3 couples (friends) while spending time at Niagra Falls. Just a short drive to the falls. Everything was clean and neat with plenty of towels etc for a 1 night stay!

Perfect place in Niagara region

Communication with owner was great. Place was super clean, we had lots of room for 8 of us, the washrooms are spacious as well. I'd recommend this for large families. It's also central to Niagara and St Catharines area. Perfect place!

Great house

This house is exactly as it looks online. Super clean, cute and very spacious. The owner was awesome and very responsive. The only thing I'd mention is that there is no railing going upstairs to the bedrooms. That didn't bother us any but if your traveling with someone who has a hard time with stairs they'll be sleeping on the couch. Overall, 10/10 recommend!!

GREAT LOCATION!!

My family of 6 stayed here for 7 nights. The house was clean, plenty of towels for everyone to shower, plenty of kitchen items to prepare meals. This house is so close to the falls and everything else. It was a great location. We were gone most days during the day but the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Anytime I had a question the owner was super quick to reply. Each bedroom had a blackout curtain that you could put up on window, it was super easy to attach it to the window and was a great addition. We used them. We had a great stay. If your looking for an affordable place to stay that is super convenient to the falls this is your place to stay. If I ever come to Canada again I would definitely stay here.

Great family vacation!

Place was great! Bedrooms are a little bare, with nowhere to really put your clothes, so we lived out of suitcases. But the rest of the house, down to the smallest of details are provided! Close enough to Clifton Hill that we walked to it several times. Would definitely rent from again if in the area!

Nous avons visité de nombreux vignobles à seulement une vingtaine de minutes de la maison. Cette dernière est bien entretenue et bien équipée. A quelque minutes seulement à pied du centre ville de Niagara et des chutes!

Belle grande propriété, propre bien situé avec deux salles de bain et 3 chambres

Maison très propre et bien située pour visiter les chutes. Deux belles et grandes salles de bain modernes.. Les lits sont confortable et les 3 chambres sont d'une bonne grandeur. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour préparer et servir les repas. Une grande cour clôturée avec une grande table et de chaises confortables pour déguster les aliments cuit sur le BBQ. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons apprécié notre séjour.

Convenient

This property is located within easy driving distance to the Falls and other attractions in the area. The property is well equipped for cooking and serving food. The beds are comfortable. The furniture in the house is dated and the living area couch, table seating and table height, uncomfortable. The Grounds are unkempt with a garbage bag on the front lawn during our stay and a blown over garbage can and contents on the side of the house. With minor changes and upgrades the property would be more attractive.

Amazing house, amazing location!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful modern house. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were awesome, and kitchen was fully equipped. The location was amazing too as it was so close to the heart of Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the area, beautiful nature, trees, fruit land, winery, and hospitalities of great people, and the wonder of the world Niagara Falls …
Off work time I do enjoy social with friends, schoolmates, neighbors, colleagues, I am very much people person when I am not reading technical specs. I love to meet people from all different culture background, I am the firm believer that everyone has their shining spots and beauty inside, and great things I can learn from. I love learning new things and embracing new challenges in life. I'm an all around do it yourself-er and have taught myself how to build everything and anything, how to sew my own curtains, tried all kind of cooking from different cultures. I have been fascinated with self-sufficient gardening and have making all friends with great gardening skills as well. I am working on growing a dream garden. I love hosting on Air BnB because it allows me to meet people from all over the world, share in the thing I'm very proud of my property & it gives me the opportunity to reinvest in the property by doing things like decoration the house, do my best to take care our clients. Life is beautiful, & I'm forever grateful to be living our dream, serenely on this land, one day at a time.

House is newly renovated to modern style, we look after by ourselves, make sure it is clean, and perfect. Feedback from our clients, "Amazing stay if you’re coming to Niagara as all the main attractions are just a 5 minute drive away. The place was very clean and the hosts left so many extras (fridge essentials, snacks and toiletries) making it feel like a hotel stay. And yes you will have the entire house, no owner stay there.

House is corner unit, located at the end of the street, quiet. No neighbor on the right side. We have a public parking lot beside in case you have 3rd vehicle, or more, only $2 per entry.
Clean and modern, lots of sunlight in each bedrooms, as well as hallways, bathrooms. Thoughtfully set up kitchen and Spacious bathrooms are the highlights.
We have two extra single mattresses, one foldable bed frame for guest if needed, will be set up by guest. Extra beddings, pillows, comforters are available to use.
We provide 100% blackout curtains in every upstairs bedroom closet if needed, they are pre-installed, you can just paste them on.
