En la planta superior, encontrará una cómoda cama tamaño king, televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a una terraza privada en la azotea, donde disfrutará de la vista de impresionantes amaneceres y puestas de sol, y kilómetros de las brillantes aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo.

Amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were familiar with Seaside, but had never stayed here. You are within walking distance to anything you need in the Seaside area. Modica is a small market in Seaside circle-Great mimosas and iced tea! You have one parking space outside of the building though it is not reserved for your unit. We were fortunate there were spaces open when we arrived. We never moved our car once we parked. We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend. We were able to watch fireworks from the roof top. The condo is on the end of the building. The balcony looks at The Court and Black Bear bread. Also a great view of Sunrise! The side of the balcony you can see Pickles and 30A. The living space was as described. The bathroom is a small space. There are shelves you can use for personal items. The shower is similar to what you’d have on a cruise ship. There were adequate towels and starter toiletries. The kitchen was appropriate for the size of the unit. Air conditioner works great!There is a king size bed up the stairs with minimal storage space. There were hangars and small rods in room to hang clothes. There is a small door in the corner of the bedroom that you go up a few stairs to the rooftop. There is a bistro table and two lounge chairs. It is worth the view if you can get up there! There is a code to use the elevator to get to your unit. When you get out of the elevator, you’re in a shared courtyard space. There are stairs you can use to go down. But you cannot access the shared court space coming up the stairs. So it is a secured entry. We received our Seaside cards that had codes for entry into the pools, and the new workout facility. When you rent through the Homeowners collection, they will send you an email with information about renting beach chairs through the cabana man. I highly recommend doing this we just showed up at the Main Seaside Tower gate & they walked us to our chairs. The unit also comes with two complementary bike rentals. Overall a great

It was a fun spot to stay, the couch cover looked like it desperately needed washed or replaced. Overall it was perfect for 2 to stay, loved the roof spot with all the views. Great spot to be in all the action.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Seaside with gorgeous views

Really enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Seaside Half Marathon, and the location was perfect for our event. The accommodation was cozy but plenty of room, and probably the best views in Seaside from the rooftop and balcony. There were a few snags in terms of service and maintenance, but the Homeowner's Collection was very accommodative in its response, which we appreciate very much. We would definitely come back again.

I loved my stay at Sweet Pea. I parked my car when I arrived and never drove it again until I checked out. The sea and sunset views from my private balcony were amazing. I’ll definitely request it next time.

Hard to Beat location

It’s a perfect place for a couple. The only real negative is the patio furniture on the roof needs to be replaced. It was in rough shape when we stayed in 2021 and even rougher now.

Nice but small

The property was very but much smaller then we thought. The elevator was under repair for several days during our stay, which made unloading the car a bit of a challenge. The view was fantastic of the ocean especially the private rooftop.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived and could not find parking. The hostess helped us not only find a space, but also offered to help us carry our luggage to our rental. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation rental and would love to return in the future.

Great Location, Needs A Deep Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Seaside for 10+ years; this condo location couldn't be better, however, it certainly needs a deep clean. Also, the shower is smaller than an RV shower, so keep that in mind when booking as well.
