We really enjoyed this clean updated comfortable space. It was a great location with 2 grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep and we enjoyed watching movies lounging on the comfortable couches in the living room. Easy pickup using uber and lyft during our stay.

A great Place to stay

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay. Everything necessary for a comfortable vacation was available. We cooked at home, played games, caught up on life and loved every minute. Communication with our host was easy & even though they had a rough time getting the place ready for us due to previous guests the home was sparkling clean and ready for our arrival. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We were in town for a family event. This townhome was clean and very accomodating and close to the highway. When I had questions Sergio answered right away. I would stay here again!

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there because we needed to be at the children’s hospital. This place was very conveniently located to the hospital and very affordable.

The property is lovely and clean! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It was the perfect location for us. We had all the kitchen items needed as well as a washer and dryer. It is close to grocery and other stores. There is also a trail nearby that we did not get to explore but maybe we will next time! Street parking is easier when available but we did utilize the assigned parking as well, it's just a bit tight.

Great Stay

House is very clean, we had a great time and enjoy every moment of our stay, beds are very comfortable but only down side was the location but rather then that I give this place 9 out of 10

The place was awesome. It was clean, cool and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had and really made sure that we had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place

Everything was perfect for our stay. We were close ro our Aurora family and had plenty of room at the house. All was clean and neat for our stay and the owner was very responsive to any questions. I was rotally surprised to find coffee for the Kuerig!! Thanks for everything. We will stay again in the future.

Was Perfect For Us

Was taken off guard when we first drove into neighborhood. That disappeared when we jlmet the very nice neighbor in unit 99. Husband mistook that unit for ours and walked into the unit. We were so embarrassed. The neighbor was so nice and helped us get in our correct unit. It was so nice and clean. So convenient to the soccer fields.

Worth It!!

Great place for friends and fam to kick it for a few days. Location is super convenient as well. About 35 min from Red Rocks, 10min from Downtown Denver and 15min from DIA. The house was super clean, no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be back

Cute & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, but had trouble communicating with the host. I tried to contact the host regarding the possibility of checking in a bit early, and received no response. While we were there we had a bit of a plumbing issue, and again no response from the host.

Clean and comfortable

The place was really clean and comfortable. You have everything that you need for cooking and washing your clothes. Plenty of towels. It has 2 beds with 1 sofa bed. The only thing that may be an issue for people (I personally didnt mind) is that you hear everything even if the doors are closed.

Bad review

Air conditioning did not work well. Water and ice tasted bad. Hardly any kitchen item stocked. Owner would not respond to questions. Would never stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here. Listed wrong address. Door number. Could not get in. Found out it was a different door number than listing.

Happy but hot

Inside was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Host was very responsive. Only issue we had was it being Aug and the temperatures were over 90 degrees it was warm in the house. House has one window unit. It was very hot in the house when we arrived since the window unit was not on. House had plenty of blankets and pillows. We have been to CO several times and the location of this house was perfect for playing softball at Aurora Sports Park. Definitely like the bathroom set up with sink separate from shower and toilet, makes it easier for multiple people to get ready at once. Lock on door was easy to use just had to pull on the door to make sure it would lock. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Sergio!

Aurora North Is Changing

Gorgeous two bedroom condo unit amidst a neighborhood undergoing severe change. Political forces are replacing the old guard that seemed to favor slums and drugs. This area was once farmland and for the last 30 years fell into an ambiance of East LA from the 1980s. This specific unit is on the inside extremely well renovated. I see this unit selling quickly as its property managers find a "buyer" - the city plans to knock the entire neighborhood down and force certain residents to find a different place to market non FDA-approved drugs. ;) The landscape crew was tactlessly loud on Saturday morning and used up all the parking spaces for most of the day - but the Unit itself is very well done. It satisfied its purpose. I was moving. Only 1 partial roll of toilet paper to be found, not worth a message to the property manager.

Excellent home, great host

This home was exceptionally clean and looked to be newly renovated. It was stocked with amenities and the host was super easy to communicate with and was more than accommodating with our requests. The location is very for the Children’s Hospital but there is not a lot of close by restaurants or things to do. It is about a 20 minute drive to city park where we enjoyed the zoo and the Museum of nature and science. It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Denver where the aquarium and children’s museum are located. The neighborhood itself was quite quiet which was wonderful for our early bedtime with our children but did have quite a bit of litter and seems to be on the edge of some lower income areas. Overall it was a great experience.

Home Away from Home

This was our first time using a rental as opposed to a hotel. Now, I will never go back! The decor and comfort of this rental made for wonderful moments in between our touristy moments around Colorado. The pullout, kitchen and laundry on site saved us a few times and the coffee machine was a daily necessity. The host thought of all of the smallest things- forgot shampoo, loads of blankets. Areas for improvement might be the technical difficulties such as the tv (it just stopped playing netflix and didn’t work for a few days), and the key pad on the door was a bit confusing at some times. One of the bedrooms was really warm and my friend chose to sleep on the pullout in the living room for a few nights. It was great that we had that option. Also a small thing but creamer for the coffee would have been amazing! Overall, an amazing stay! So happy with our wonderful host and rental!
