Vacation Rental

Enjoyed the property. The rooms were spacious, clean and convenient (walking distant) to a grocery store and beach. Overall stay was very nice.

Great Place

We enjoyed the location, and the house was nicely furnished and clean. Loved sitting outside on the patio at night. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location to enjoy Nassau

It is a beautiful property in the heart of cable beach. Walking distance from the beach, walking distance from bahamar, multiple restaurants with in 5 minutes from the house. The wonderful host was always available to na seer any of our questions.

What a great house!

The house is just amazing! From the decor to the location to the comfy beds, this house is a true gem. Multiple food options are just a short walk away as is Cable beach, which was one of our favorites. The bus also stops just across the street for very convenient transportation to downtown.

Very nice property

The property is located on a very good part of town. The grocery store is about 20 mins walk. The local beaches are OK. however with a very short bus ride to Goodman’s beach is worth the trip especially if you are with your family. Capriccio Italian restaurant is amazing and is about a 10 mins away. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place to Stay!!

We had the best time! The location was great, the house was nice and spacious. We were able to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved the back yard! The house is literally in the middle of everything, 15 minutes either way and you’re at the beach, close to restaurants or activities. I’d say it’s not super walkable but I don’t think many places in Nassau are. The property manager made sure everything was stocked when we got there and gave us suggestions on where to shop/ eat and play. She was super nice! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nassau!

Super friendly, kind and helpful

Everyone we encountered from the folks cleaning the property (we arrived early) to the house manager Vernay, was so kind and genuinely friendly and helpful. Super big shout out to Vernay for providing maximum assistance when a member of our party needed medical care. Thank you again!

Perfect getaway for your family!

We are a family of 4 (kids 15 and 19) and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The location was amazing. We would walk to Starbucks in the morning and it is also a short walk to Baha Mar and Cable beach. There are also several take out places near by. The supermarket is also very close by. Downtown is just a short drive. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, spacious (2 living rooms!) and it had everything we needed. Lou was very responsive to questions I had. Since we rented a car I cannot speak about public transportation. Our car allowed us to explore many places on the island so personally speaking I would recommend renting one. I would definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood is safe and very close to a variety of activities and amenities.

Just know Cable beach is about a 12-15 minute walk and so is most of the other restaurants. If you decide to take public transportation, the jitneys were convenient with the stop being right outside of the home but be sure to wave them down. Overall it's a cute home but there were broken items in the house that we did not notice initially since we didn't use or touch anything upon arrival. We are being charged for damage that was already there when we arrived. It seems no one had reported it previously. Given that we are now being charged for something we didn't do is very upsetting. We reported it because it was the right thing to do and didn't want to be blamed for it. In one bedroom, we only found out about the bed post during the middle of the night when we were woken up due to a loud thump and it turned out to be the frame, which must've shifted. In another bedroom the stool was broken, same thing we didn't notice it until we almost sat down on it. Once we noticed it we reported it and was told they would take care of it and by taking care of it they charged us once we left. The cost isn't the issue but the fact that we are being blamed for it is. Just know that by reporting anything that is broken they will bill you even if the damage was already there. Disappointed. It's a shame. Will not be renting from this owner or any of their properties again.

Very nice property.

Very clean and roomy. The kitchen is nice sized. We went to the store from the airport. If you arrive on Sunday no restaurants close by are open. The house is located further from the beaches but easy to get to via cab. The price of can vs rental is about the same. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great location - close to beach, restaurants and market

The place is immaculate. Tons of room. Very well equipped - The hosts have thought of everything. Short walk to restaurants: local chain Bamboo Shack, fast food Subway/Dominos/Menchies. Also high end: Tonino's and Social House Sushi. Ten minute walk to Quality Supermarket/ Starbucks and Cable Beach (by Sandals). For a quick dip you can go to a local beach 5 minutes walk away ( by Menchies). Enjoy the light show at Baha Mar one evening or hit the casino. Be sure to try The Daiquiri Shack. Easy to hop on buses right in front of the house heading East (downtown) or West to Love Beach etc. We had a great vacation.

Best place ever!

The house was much bigger and much more convenient than advertised. We were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced it was! It should be rated 6 stars! Very convenient to all the places we wanted to go to. Bus stop was great! Kitchen was fully equipped! very close to a great sushi place,bakery, and grocery.

Lovely home in a great location

Super spacious house that could easily our group; layout of the house is such that there are 2 sitting rooms and out back patio - perfect for us to all get some space. Walking distance to the beautiful Cable Beach (it’s across from Starbucks), and the Daiquri Shack. Highly recommend!
