Brand New Entire Townhouse, Next to Green Lake
This house is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, very convenient location for visitors to the UW, downtown Seattle, Amazon headquarter. This 2021-built townhome locates in a quiet neighborhood, only 1.5 blocks from GreenLake (one of the most beautiful places in Seattle). The townhome has 2 bd, 2 ba with a modern kitchen and an open rooftop. It's an easy hop to the best parks, restaurants, café, and grocery stores, enable an urban, cozy, convenient lifestyle
WHAT YOU’LL LOVE:
1. Closeness to the Green Lake. The townhome is only 1.5 blocks (1 minute walk) away from the Green Lake, the most beautiful place in Seattle. The Green Lake has a looped trail that are 2.8 miles (5K meters) in circumference (45-55 minutes of walk), with no elevation change and great people energy. It’s perfect for taking a walk, seeing the great sceneries and trees of the Pacific Northwest, picnicking with friends, or just sit down, relax, and read a book on the grass after a long day of remote working. There’s also a large playground where kids can play and have fun.
2. Brand new, cozy townhome all for yourself. This newly built townhome will make you feel home. It’s got everything you need for your stay:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with queen-sized beds and two spacious bathrooms with showers.
• A ready-to-use, fully equipped kitchen with a convenient coffee machine and supplementary coffee.
• A working desk and comfortable chairs with a 480-mbps speed internet, perfect for remote working.
• A private rooftop with outdoor chairs and hammock for you to chill and relax, enjoy the sunny weather of beautiful Pacific Northwest whenever possible.
3. Central & convenient location. 10-15 min drive away from many major Seattle places such as Pike market, downtown Seattle, Amazon campus, and UW. The townhome is also surrounded by healthy grocery/convenient store (e.g. PCC Community Markets, Bartell), highly rated cafes (e.g. Retreat, The Dish Café, Café Lulu), tasty restaurants with various cuisines (Smile Thai Cuisine, Rosita’s, Portage Bay, Tapas Lab, Shelter), local yoga studios and gyms (e.g. Modo Yoga, GreenLake fitness). These places are all within several minutes of walking distance of the townhome and guarantee you a convenient stay!
4. Lovely hosts. We’re here for you! Whether you’re new in town, visit your friends/families, or start your corporate journey with one of several major employers in town (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft), happy to provide tips on where to eat or what to expect from the companies! Siwei and I have lived in Seattle for the past 13 years.
PARKING.
Free public street parking is available in front of the townhome. When you can’t find parking in front of the home as it can get busy sometimes, there’s plenty of additional parking on 63rd-65th and 4th street, 1-2 blocks away from the townhome (~2.5min walk).
GETTING AROUND.
The townhome’s location (Southeast of Green Lake) is at the center of Seattle, 10-15 minutes of drive to plenty of major Seattle attractions/places including Space Needle, Pike Market, downtown Seattle, Amazon campus, UW, Ballard, and Northgate. Uber/Lyft are easy to get in the area. There’s also a bus stop (#26), which is a minute walk away from the townhome that can take you straight to Seattle downtown.
