The kitchen is so well-equipped, it might just inspire you to cook. Outside, a spacious private deck invites you to unwind with a cozy sectional, firepit, and dining area—ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or lazy afternoons.

The home features two comfortable queen bedrooms with TVs and two full baths—one with a tub/shower combo and one with a sleek glass walk-in shower. We’ve made it easy for you to pack light: beach towels, chairs, and a cart are ready and waiting.

This guest house is privately set at the rear of the property behind the main home, with thoughtful design to ensure peace and privacy.

The description & pictures do not do this home justice! We spent the weekend of Ogunquit Fest at this lovely cottage to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The town was bustling with people, music and many activities to enjoy. We had several amazing meals (The Crooked Pine & Perkins Cove Kitchen were 2 favorites) and enjoyed all the Fall festivities. Kristen was a fantastic host and got back to me almost immediately with any questions. The amenities & location of this house are 100% accurate in the listing-and then some! Only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Another few blocks and you’re at the beach! We walked the Marginal Way, explored Perkins Cove & took a short drive to visit Kennebunkport. And of course, some great shopping! I fell in love with Maine all over again. Thank you to Kristen & Tom for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven!

Kristen was very welcoming and accommodating for four high school girlfriends of 50 years visiting from California. We had such a great night "girl talking" out around the fire pit. Everything was so inviting and comfortable. Thank you Kristen!!

We had a wonderful stay- The cottage was so beautiful, and sparkled. It was so tastefully done, and the photos don't do justice to how it feels to be in the space. Spacious, airy, comfortable. It felt like it was brand new, although I read guest comments from 2 years ago who also loved it. We used it as a home base and walked everywhere, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and shopping. Will hopefully return, and Kristen was the perfect host

Loved our stay! The home is beautiful, very well appointed and Kristen was a wonderful host from check-in to check-out. The location is walking distance to the town center, beach, restaurants and Marginal Way, and a short drive to many other attractions (e.g., Ogunquit Playhouse and Perkins Cove). It is perfect for a couple or a small family. Looking forward to our next vacation in Ogunquit!

This 'little' cottage is exquisite. By far the nicest VRBO accommodations I have experienced with my family of 4. Sparkling clean, wonderfully located with a short walk to everything, peaceful grounds to enjoy and a kind, responsive and welcoming host. I say 'little' because the pictures make it seems smaller than it actually is. Yes, the bedrooms are small but they are also sweet and cozy with windows that look out onto the little lawn where we saw a deer! The upstairs main area was surprisingly spacious with a kitchen I already miss now that I'm back home. The back deck is a bonus with comfortable outdoor furniture and a fun gas powered fire table. The walk to the main street was 5 minutes and in another 5 or 6 minutes was the main beach. It's a stiff hill but great exercise! Big Daddy's ice cream was our nightly treat - try the ginger, the coconut or my favorite the cherry chocolate chip. I loved Ogunquit. Everyone was so friendly and our host was no exception. Kristen and Tom are wonderful.

We had a wonderful week in Ogunquit staying at this guest cottage. Great location! We were able to walk to the beach, downtown, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove easily. The cottage is beautiful and well-equipped and just the right size for the four of us. It’s very quiet and has a lovely private deck off the living space. Looking forward to our next visit in Ogunquit!

Amazing!

Staying here absolutely made our trip. Walking distance to the beaches and downtown (very convenient to avoid parking fees and stresses) and Kristen was so friendly and really made things homey. It is a lovely home and every piece is so well thought out and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend and absolutely will be back!

We loved staying here! I wasn’t super familiar about the area, but the descriptions don’t lie - location is AMAZING! Such an easy, pretty walk into the heart of the town and only a few more minutes down to the beach. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out when the host greeted us. We are looking forward to returning sometime soon.

The property was exactly as advertised. The host Kristen could not have been more accommodating. It was only a few minutes walk to Main Street and the beach beyond. In spite of the endless rain, we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Ogunquit

Just minutes from the action, this beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom hideaway was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the company of good friends. Loved the outdoor deck! Enjoyed walks on the Marginal Way, local restaurants, beach, shopping. Hosts were super accommodating. Every VRBO should be this special!

Perfect Stay

The cottage was the perfect stay for us for quick 3 day break after moving our child into college in Boston. The cottage was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. We loved the patio at night! It was a great distance from town and the marginal way. Would definitely stay again and check out the area some more!

Fabulous Week in Ogunquit!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OGT. We loved our accommodations. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully designed and appointed. It was a short walk down to the town and to one of the most magnificent beaches in the country! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The weather was gorgeous too! Loved it!

Magical Race Weekend

Came for the Wells Coastal half marathon. Place is beautiful and has everything you might need! Walking distance to shop's, restaurants and ocean. Hosts were very available and gracious.

Wonderful Holiday Treat!

The main house is beautiful and was decorated for the holiday so nicely! The guest house is so warm and comfortable! And it's so close to the middle of downtown. We loved it! What a great location!

My husband and I fell in LOVE with Ogunquit 20 years ago. Once our girls went off to school, we moved to Ogunquit full time. We bought this property in 2018 and starting building our dream home in 2020. We are excited to share our guest cottage.

We bought this property because of the location, location, location and that it sits on over 1/2 acre. I walk the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove everyday and feel extremely blessed to live in Ogunquit. We look forward to sharing the best of everything with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The larger lot size allowed us to make the guest house and a main home. The entertaining spaces were designed to allow for privacy both homes. The fact that you can walk to all the restaurants, beach and marginal way without driving is so GREAT!
