Enjoy incredible ocean views from the balcony of this updated vacation villa at the Sea Crest Resort. 1402 Sea Crest is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 4th floor. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the main living area and hallway and the bedrooms are carpeted.

To the left of the tiled foyer is the master bedroom with king bed, an accent chair and 42" Smart TV. Through the sliding glass doors is a private covered balcony with a side table and two chairs that overlooks the beautifully landscaped water gardens and out to the Atlantic Ocean. This room has a private bathroom with granite double vanities, a soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

To the right of the foyer is the guest bedroom with two queen beds and 42" Smart TV. The guest bathroom has shared access with the hallway and has double granite topped vanities, a soaker tub and walk-in shower.

In the hall is the full size washer and dryer. The renovated kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need for basic meals. The breakfast bar seats 3 and overlooks the main living area. A glass topped dining table with seating for six is located just outside the kitchen area. The living room has a sofa, accent chair with ottoman, and a mounted 55” Smart TV to enjoy your favorite movie. The sliding doors lead to another covered balcony where there is a small table and two chairs. Sit here to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.
