503 Shorewood is a recently updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Penthouse Villa. From the time you are behind the Shorewood gates you are in a little slice of landscaped heaven. Taking the elevator to the top floor you can see the ocean from the moment you open the door. Passing the updated open kitchen, there is a nice dining area and a comfortable living area (includes a queen sleeper sofa) with a cathedral ceiling and flat screen. But with floor to ceiling windows you will be watching the ocean more than the TV. Off the Living Room is a balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.

The Master Bedroom has the same views. Imagine waking to the sunrise right from the King bed. With tons of space and a flat screen it is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower to melt any cares away.

Also tastefully decorated the Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen and uses the updated hall bathroom.

Whether you are using the kitchen to just fix breakfast or a complete gourmet meal during your stay this kitchen has it all. There is also a washer dryer for your use as well.

The Shorewood complex is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island and is just a hop skip away from the popular Coligny Plaza. The zero entry oceanfront pool is a place you want to be when you haven’t taken the few steps to HHI’s wonderful hard packed beach. There is a kiddie pool and the pool is heated in March and April (dates subject to change). Ride the included bikes and you can get anywhere in a few moments time. Just down the beach is the famous Tiki Hut and just beyond that is The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza where you can shop, dine, pick up groceries, catch a movie and enjoy outdoor entertainment in the summer. Also nearby is newest addition to Hilton Head Island – Lowcountry Celebration Park.

This property is a true oceanfront paradise located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. 503 Shorewood will be a vacation to remember.

Our stay was great. Not far to walk to the beach. Nice pool area and hot tub. The condo is WELL stocked with appliances, pots and pans as well as dishware The restaurants in this are are great.

We had a great trip. This condo was clean, well stocked, with fantastic, peaceful oceanfront views. We spent a lot of time on the balcony or at the beach. Very relaxing and convenient location.

Amazing views!!

Some of the best views on that end of the island. Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything in the unit was new and clean. 2 missing knobs on lights and a loose toilet are all that keep this from being perfect!

A very beautiful villa, everything we needed and the views were spectacular! We decided to book it for next year and someone beat us to it by 2 days. The complex was very well maintained, pool so nice, we hated to leave. Will be watching for 2025!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location! Has everything you need for a stay including the bikes and beach chairs! Only complaint are the beds. Seems time to replace them. One suggestion is to have a step up for short people to use the dryer🙂 Complex is very clean and well cared for.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.The condo was in a prime location.The unit had all of the necessary items for our visit.The one thing we would recommend is replacing the mattress in the master bedroom.It was very uncomfortable.Beyond that, it was great!

We had a wonderful week! This property has a speculator view. Four bikes included and four beach chairs! Easy beach access! Overall room was nice and clean. Minor complaint on A/C vents appearance …but nothing major! Would recommend to anyone! Would stay here again! ☀️

The perfect getaway!!

Absolutely perfect! Penthouse views, waking up to the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private deck, watching the dolphins pass by. Easy walk down to the beach. The property was quiet and well maintained. The condo itself was super comfortable..from the couches to the beds. I was able to cook comfortably in the kitchen and it had all I needed. Quick walk to Coligny plaza for shopping and of course, ice cream! We enjoyed the bikes and exploring the island. I will definitely be booking this place again!!! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in!!

Property was very clean, but there was a urine smell in the master bath when I arrived. I can tell cleaners tried to get rid of it prior to my arrival. My friends had never been to HHI and thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the beach services and the restaurants. The condo was well supplied and had many cooking pots and utensils.

Went through and wiped everything with lysol wipes and not a spec of anything was found anywhere. The view was beautiful and the windows in the living room made it so much easier to enjoy the view from inside. Great stay. Bathrooms feel a little dated but still very clean which is most important.

Wonderful

The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and dinnerware. The beds were comfortable. Being on the top floor the vaulted ceiling in the living room made it feel very spacious. The walk to the beach was very easy. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We loved having bicycles to use as there are many trails around the area. Piggly Wiggly is within walking distance. We only ate out once at the British Open Pub and had fantastic fish and chips. Hated to leave this place. Would definitely come back.

Great location, could be a little cleaner

Overall had a great stay. Rental company extremely responsive. Had a smoke detector with a low battery, rental company was there within 30 mins to replace. AC was struggling to keep up, reported issue in the morning and it was fixed by dinner We wish the unit had been a little cleaner. We understand units are being flipped quickly between renters, but more attention to detail would make all the difference. All air vent covers could use cleaning/replacing. Couches could use a good steam clean. Beach chairs were in great shape. Card/board games available for use. Bikes were a nice perk for quick trips to the store. We would stay again.

Great condo!

This was our second time at Shorewood, first in this unit. It's a great location, love the higher floor because you can sit outside and have unobstructed views of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need, there wasn't a utensil that we were missing. My husband was happy to see the Keurig. The bathrooms are small and cramped so be ready for that. My kids thought the second bedroom bed was too small for them so my son slept on the couch, said it was comfy enough. Suggestion to the owner: add some wooden multi- hook strips to a few of the blank wall spaces so folks can have a place to hang towels up after a day at the beach! So many rental units just don't have enough places to hang damp towels! Overall, we love Shorewood as a vacation spot and wil always look here when we come to HHI. Location can't be beat, the private beach access is perfect and the pool is great. Walking distance to everything at Coligny is a great perk. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful Condo

Love this condo for the beautiful view of the ocean and its location. As stated in previous reviews the icemaker does not work but we bought ice just in case. I reported the issue and they sent someone out but it still wasn’t working when we left. We also saw a few roaches which can be expected in the south but unsettling when you see them in the silverware drawer. The night before we left we noticed the AC wasn’t keeping the condo as cool as what we had it set on. We turned it down to 69 but it stayed mainly around 74/75. Thank heavens there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms! We reported it to the manager when we checked out. I hope the issue is resolved before the really hot months arrive. Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to stay in the same condo again!!
