Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom 2100 sq ft house in St Augustine. Top of the line furnishings. Plenty of outdoor space. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. 5 minutes drive to the beach, or walk to the Bridge of Lions to enjoy the sunset.


Three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a stunning gas fireplace. Master bathroom has a separate shower and luxurious bath tub. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds, and access to the outside decks and huge outdoor living space. Second bathroom is oversized with both an enclosed shower and soaking tub. There also is a small deck off the great room for BBQ. Gas fire place in the living room for cozy winter nights. State of the art chef’s kitchen with tons of natural light. Outdoor hot and cold shower, great for coming off the beach. Extra large driveway in the back of the house perfect park multiple cars or boat.

Ideal for family vacation or getaway with friends. Fast WiFi . Work from our home!

Thanksgiving stay

Our Thanksgiving trip was amazing staying at a place that was so close to down town St. Augustine. Just a skip and a hop over the bridge. The new owners made sure everything was in tip top shape for us. Thank you The Goldman's

New Years in St. Augustine

Loved the house, neighborhood, and its proximity to all the sights. The house was very well appointed. The open kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for entertaining. The Christmas tree was a nice touch for the holidays. It was an easy and pleasant walk to town over the Bridge of Lions avoiding the traffic and searching for parking. We definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Saint Augustine area.

Perfection!

We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the old town. We walked everywhere. We walked over the bridge daily to get into town so no need to take our car. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. We loved all the outdoor gathering spaces: front, side, back deck, fire pit. There were eateries close by if you want take out, also great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!

Hot

The residence was extremely warm upon arrival. Contacted the owner and little to nothing was done. Had to put sheets up over the windows to keep it bearable. AC struggled even after that. Wouldn’t cool properly. Would not recommend during warm months.

Patricia I thank you for your review and it saddens us you did not enjoy your stay. Since your review is public , we feel the need to give our side of the story. There are two A/C units in the house. One for the master bedroom (it's a mini split) and one for the rest of the house. The cleaning ladies had already switched on both units a few hours before your arrival and put the thermostat at 77. Upon your arrival at the house , I received a phone call from you and immediately went to the property because you said the A/C was not working. However, the A|C units seemed to be working perfectly well. I lowered the thermostat and out of abundance of caution I changed the A/C filters. I followed up the next day through the VRBO app but only got a reply through sms text saying, and I quote: 'BTW the A/C is working fine this morning' . I also offered to send an A/C guy if the perceived issue would reoccur. I even offered a full refund if you wanted to leave the house all together, as guest satisfaction is important to us. I followed up through the VRBO app a few times during your 8 days stay but no more responses were received. We wished you would have expressed your dissatisfaction during your stay or picked any of the options we offered. Sorry we are not in the same page.

First time in St. Augustine

The location of this house was perfect for us. Easy access to downtown and the beaches, and several good restaurants around to feed our kids. The house was very clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great location to walk downtown

Great with walking to downtown area and over the bridge of lions. Privacy with bathrooms somewhat challenging with multiple people staying. Beds are comfortable and the porches were awesome!

Absolutely wonderful time at this home. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped and lovely. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to sit to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The neighborhood is safe and located within an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, parks, and the historic area of SA. The hosts were available for anything we needed and we look forward to a return visit!

Lovely and comfortable, walkable to downtown

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house easy walking distance to downtown. The hosts were excellent communicators and the neighborhood is safe and neighbors very nice. Beds were comfy and the home was well-stocked with supplies we needed, clean and smelled great. I would absolutely recommend this location for visiting St. Augustine - it was easily walkable to all the best restaurants and sight-seeing (no need to find or pay for parking downtown) , in the neighborhood you can walk to a nice view of Salt Run too. Our favorite beach is Anastasia State Park a five-minute car ride -but we easily biked one day too. We brought our own bikes. They had two beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels. Note, there is only one shower but it has two soaking tubs with hand-held showers. The soaking tub was very much enjoyed and we had no trouble sharing the shower when needed.
