This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor Mariners Watch villa is conveniently located near Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s pristine beach in the sought after East Beach Villa community. A short 3 minute walk takes you directly to the beach or Night Heron Park.

The open plan living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, a window seat and dining area for sharing meals and access to a screened in porch with tranquil maritime forest and lagoon views. The open kitchen features modern appliances with all you need to prepare home cooked meals.

4286 Mariners Watch comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in a king master suite and a sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate 2 extra guests. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with a large walk-in shower and this villa is equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

For long term rentals on the island or a quick vacation getaway, Mariners Watch Villas offer a true seaside retreat just steps from the beach in Kiawah Island’s central East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.

You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. Couch should be replaced and the bed was "just OK." We could not get the living room fan off of a "high" setting, so we would have to switch it off. There is a little bit of mold in the back of the shower. Otherwise, the unit was a good fit for us (2 adults).

The location was phenomenal. It was right on near the beach and close to all the activities/places we wanted to see on the island. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Stay

Very charming condo located in a prime location on Kiawah Island, just across from Night Heron Park. The unit is clean and comfortable on the interior -- and includes a screen porch that overlooks a lagoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Arrived around 8pm to find our rental not cleaned from previous guests. After summoning housekeeping things went better. One piece of feedback, the directions to our unit were a little cryptic and because we arrived in the dark we had quite a time finding our unit. Goggle maps wasn’t all that great.

Rockin Thru the Hurricane

Had to ride out the tail end of hurricane Idalia and it was pretty windy but the the weather was extremely nice the next day, sunny, cooler and low humidity. Unit was updated, clean and well equipped. Two minute walk to the beach, great location. And did not lose power during the storm.

Grandkids visit trip

Great property overall! Just a few things need improvement: the water pressure in the shower and a ceiling.fan would help in the bedroom as well, or a fan to use. We usually sleep better when the temperature is lower than 69 degrees.

Nice property and with a short walk to beach

This is lovely property on the ground floor and the pictures are accurate. It was very clean. The screened-in porch was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine during the afternoon thunderstorm. Check-in was terrific. We went straight to the property with no need to stop somewhere for a key and the car pass was emailed to us ahead of time. I've been coming to Kiawah for many years and I would definitely book this property again. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice clean place. Missed the last digit of house code and had trouble getting in. Called emergency number but took 30 minutes before someone called. Eventually figured it out

Overall the rental met or exceeded expectations with one exception the TV remote in living room did not work we were only able to watch ESPN.
