Quiet & private 3-bedroom close to Arlington/DC
The neighborhood is in a private culdesac, so there is no through traffic and it's very quiet and safe (one of the safest areas in the region). You can drive 2 minutes or walk 10 minutes to the shopping center for groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. You are 5-10 minutes drive to Mosaic District, Falls Church city, and Arlington for top restaurants and night life, and 20 minutes drive into DC or Alexandria. Only 30 minutes from beautiful wineries & breweries in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This is an end unit townhome with everything you would need for a longer term stay. This is our home for most of the year and so we ensure it's fully kept up with everything functioning properly. There is a driveway for one car (and other cars can be parked on Sleepy Hollow right at the front of the neighborhood). The garage has a gym with weights, heavy bag, etc. There is an outdoor deck with a grill, basement with comfortable couch/smart TV/remote control gas fireplace. The upstairs has three bedrooms with one set up as an office (the third room can become another bed with an aerobed that we can provide). The house has the fastest speed 5G Wi-Fi available. Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room for home dinners and small gatherings. Also a fireplace right next to the kitchen and living room where you can have a real wood burning fire and watch a movie or show. The backyard under the deck has a propane fire pit, electric heater, and outdoor furniture where you can gather outside for a cozy (and outdoor/socially distanced) drink.
Two notes: 1) the main bedroom closet will be used as storage for our belongings, but the two guest rooms both have closets with hangers, 2) the main bathroom bath will not fill up all the way with hot water due to the hot water running out, but you can use the guest bathroom in the hallway for baths if you'd like.
No dogs/pets allowed.
