Welcome to Magnolia Grove, a Smith Lake home with incredible waterfront views. Magnolia Grove is located near Trident Marina along "Millionaire's Row" and minutes from The Barn Smith Lake wedding venue.

Enjoy stunning lake views from two decks. Family and friends will enjoy the fire pit and seating to soak in the lake sunset views. Bring your boat or rent one during your stay from many of vendors on Smith Lake and dock it on the side of the boat dock.

Magnolia Grove features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home has everything you need to make memories of a lifetime with your friends and family.

We are located less than 5 miles from The Barn at Smith Lake.

After booking, each adult will be required to sign a Lake Waiver of Liability prior to arrival. No more than 7 adults are permitted to stay at the property at any one time without the express permission of the owner. Violation of this rule will result in a charge of $200 per additional person per day and/or immediate eviction at the discretion of the owner.

We came to Smith Lake to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our adult children. Magnolia Grove is a beautiful lake home with incredible views! Check-in was easy. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had everything we needed. Our family had so much fun and hope to be back soon!

This is a new, beautiful, and well-stocked house in a great location with wonderful views of the lake. There are living and sleeping areas on two floors, which was perfect for our family and friends. The deck overlooking the lake was an ideal place for relaxing and enjoying sunrise and sunsets, and the dock was so convenient for access to the pontoon boat we rented.We hope to return to this house in the future as it more than met our expectations.

Smith Lake weekend

We had a lovely weekend in Smith Lake. The property was clean, charming and had all the amenities we needed and extremely comfortable. We also loved the views off our two patios. We would love to return again.

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful and at first glance plus getting there it was a breeze! Communication with the owner up front was perfect. However, we came to find out that the property had not been serviced by the management company since May and our stay was the end of June. So, there wasn't a once over prior to our stay which was disappointing. Brown rings in the toilets, beer cans left at the fire pit, wasp nests and spiderwebs on decking and dock plus the dishwasher had been broken for a while and dirty dishes left in it. The oven wasn't working either. We brought over 600 dollars in groceries to cook while there and definitely needed the oven! Then, the smoke detectors started beeping from low battery. All of this was a bit much for the price we payed to stay at this pretty house. The property management company ended up coming out and they cleared up all of the above including coming to install a new dishwasher during our stay. I think if I were to stay here again, which location and view and furnishings are amazing so I'd consider, but I'd make sure the cleaning and management company comes to care and get the property ready for my stay right before, like day before we arrive, and not over a month before.

WHAT.A.VIEW to the cleanest lake in Alabama!

This house is not only beautiful and spotless on the inside, you are situated by the cleanest lake in all of Alabama! I spent a few relaxing days with my family at this delightful home. There is plenty of room for a large family, an oversized kitchen and amazing lake views from every room. We enjoyed the firepit at night making smores with the kids. The decor is all high-end, no lumpy mattresses or itchy sheets! Julie is an expert host and incredibly responsive to any questions. You can enjoy this home in the winter as a cozy retreat or the summer to cool off in a gorgeous lake!

Amazing view!

The house was perfect! So clean and absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable as well. We loved playing ping pong! We had weather issues during our stay and the owner was so easy to communicate with! Would love to come again soon!

Welcoming Home

We had a great experience staying at this property. It easily accommodated our two families (10 people). The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home. The view from the back porch was amazing and have a dock on the lake made the trip that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

The perfect house

This house was amazing. The downstairs den with the kitchenette and ping pong table was a hit for our teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The view is spectacular and we really enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home on the lake

We had a great vacation at magnolia grove. This location provided everything we were looking for in a rental property. Fairly private lot, plenty of space for family to relax but also have privacy, and the views from both porches are to die for. The owners provided good communication leading up to our trip as well. Will definitely consider renting this property again, assuming it’s available! Don’t wait, it’s worth every red cent.

Family, food and drinks with a awesome view

This place is awesome, very clean and comfortable. There was extra space even with our adult children and their significant others. The place is well stocked and the only improvement we could suggest is one or two better pots and pans. We do plan to return.

Wonderful Family Gathering in a Spacious Home on a Beautiful Lake

Magnolia Grove is a beautiful home. Perfect for multiple families with lots of space to have fun, enjoy meals, play games and relax. The host is attentive and accommodating. The home is clean and very comfortable. Having two refrigerators was a bonus for us. We loved sitting by the firepit at night. Stargazing is outstanding away from the city lights. We even saw a couple of shooting stars. :) The neighbors were friendly also. Very much enjoyed out stay....will definitely be coming back to Smith Lake again.

Relaxation on the lake!

This Lakehouse is a great place for a fun, relaxing family trip! Amazing views from upstairs and down. Lots of room for everyone. We loved ping-pong, fishing, relaxing on the deck, and s’mores by the fire pit. It was a great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The home is new and beautiful!

Perfect place to relax on the water!

Very accommodating & great communication with the owners! Location is perfect with amazing views! The family had a fun time. So much so, we are in the process of booking another 4 days at this property.
