Awesome property! It must be recently renovated so every corner looks clean and new. As soon as we open the garage door we were amazed by all the pool and beach supplies available for us to use for free. The house is very clean and smells nice! We were traveling with another family and were able to have our own privacy because there are two master bedrooms. Pool was maintained very nicely and clean. Few mins walking to the beach and close to everywhere. Only suggestion is to add shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, also wash detergent. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay at Sergio's property which is very nice. Kid's had a great time in the pool and beach access was very close. Will definitely keep it on our list for next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights was how well-stocked the place was for a beach vacation—there were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even carts to help haul everything to and from the beach with ease. It made our days in the sun so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped stay by the ocean! We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a good stay with a few minor inconveniences

The house was beautiful and very close access to the beach. Beds (minus the bunks) were comfortable. The bunk beds have a small mattress and you are able to feel the wooden boards through them. Access to the actual house is through the garage which was an issue for us since the door to get into the house from the garage locked on us. Somehow. We did not have any other door or key to get into. I think having a physical key or access to the front / back door might be beneficial in this case since it looked like maybe this had happened before after trying to open the door lock with a credit card. There were no pool or beach towels available. So make sure you pack some or buy some. I think when staying at a place like this, beach towels should and are usually provided. The AC was locked with a code which was fine for us since we never needed to change the temp. But I think access to adjust the AC temps might be helpful for others. The oven is a high end appliance. If you are not aware how to use it, I'd recommend googling. There was also no dishwasher at the house. These are all "first world problems" and overall enjoyed our trip in this quiet neighborhood.

South Padre Home

The house is beautiful. The entire place was very clean. We loved the fact that it was literally a two minute walk to the beach and equipped with all the beach necessities. The best part was the pool, it was just the right size. Our entire family loved it and we're already planning our next family trip and we will definitely be renting this house again!! Absolutely loved it!!

Amazing stay!!

Perfect location, perfect house! Could not have picked a better place. Comfortably fit 10 of us. The pool was beautiful but also such a short walk to the beach! They had beach chairs and umbrellas we could use.

The property is extremely clean and homey. There is so much space and is very convenient for cooking and hosting family. I wish I could have stayed and enjoyed the hole so much longer. The pool is clean and so comfortable due to not being cold at all. It was a wonderful experience.

Better than the photos!

We loved this house! Super clean, excellent location, modern and sleek updates throughout. Our family of 10 had a great time! We cooked, grilled out, swam, used all the pool and beach toys and chairs, and could easily walk to the beach in the evening. It was also 5 minutes drive from stores, shops, and fun. Great experience!

Gorgeous house

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful , modern, clean , confortable, spacious house . Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool !! Backyard is beautiful! Well maintained, great for bbq and eating outside Close to the beach ! I d like a larger dining ware set , but kitchen is well equipped I would come back to this place anytime!

Incredible Property

I cannot express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of this beach house. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The AC worked wonderfully and the refrigerators kept our drinks very cold! This property is very close to the beach. Sergio was always very responsive and even reached out to me prior our arrival to offer his services if needed. The private pool is a plus! I would definitely recommend this place to others and it is on top of my list of places to stay at SPI!

Long weekend stay

Nice house perfect for 9 of us. All had a bed except for one who slept comfortably on the large sectional. A five minute walk to the beach. Unexpected fireworks display seen off the master bedroom balcony. Would stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

We cannot say enough good things about this location! The house was perfect for our family and the service and communication with owner was superb. The place is so clean, feels new and is fully stocked with all things you could possibly need (especially kitchen). We had a water pressure issue at the end of the trip and the owner was quick to resolve and respond. We would love to book again in the future and highly recommend for families. Perfect distance to the beach and good loacarion overall! So happy with our stay!
