Welcome to Boardwalk 587, a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Gulf Shores, perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing beach getaway. This fifth-floor unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of the beach and Gulf waters.


The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access for enjoying the ocean breeze. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath across the hall, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Each bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, creating a spacious area for gathering. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating for two, and a washer and dryer are included in the unit.


Boardwalk’s amenities make your stay even more enjoyable. The massive pool deck stretches along the building and is perfect for relaxing or soaking up the sun. The pool is heated during cooler months, and the beautiful sugar-white beach is just steps away. Two elevators provide easy access, and charcoal grills make outdoor dining a breeze. We were very pleased with everything. The host checked in with us each day to make sure things were fine. Everything was as it appeared online. Would definitely book again.

Good location, cleanliness standards were subpar.

The location and view was great! The condo is spacious and easily accessible. The cleanliness was not a comparable standard for the price paid for the cleaning portion of the fees included in the rental fee for the week. I spent a portion of my vacation cleaning. The walls looked like an auto mechanic wiped his hands on every one of them. The floor was so gross, we had to wear shoes everywhere until I had time to mop. The mirrors had slobber-looking stuff on them. The middle bedrooms bed is loud and squeaky.

Great location

Thank you for getting the A/C unit repaired quickly. Great condo with large living area thru out and enjoyed balcony view. Sometimes limited parking issues because of Sea and Suds patrons. We had to park across from condo and walk back across four lane road. Our children and grand children all enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. Thank you again for you response to our issues.

However you need to let your renters know ahead of time that they will not be able to use the fridge or freezer for approximately 24 hours as they were only just turned on before we were to arrive. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors. They were swept but our feet turned black the first time we walked in.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental location is great. It has a beautiful ocean view and close to Sea ans Suds which is so good! We did have some issues . Though our sheets appeared to be clean the comforters did not . Three or the four were soiled. I did reach out to management ans they brought us new ones that day. The queen bed definitely needs replaced. It squeaks and has a big dip in the center . Since it is on the beach we brought in a lot of sand even with showering before coming in but unfortunately then vacuum just shot the sand around and the room was broken . I feel like this location has a lot of potentiometer but needs some TLC . Management was kind and very receptive .

Disappointing unit but we was at the beach!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Boardwalk for several years now on Fall Break but unfortunately going to have to stay another building. Sunset Properties was a good experience but the condo needs some attention and would discount or credit us for our unsatisfactory conditions. Refrigerator had water dripping the whole time inside the unit on lower area that we had to clean up everyday. Fire alarm hanging by the wires. Master bedroom door going to balcony was locked up and would not open. The front door jam busted. The mounted tv had wire going everywhere. Could not really enjoy the mornings and nights on the baloney or leave or door open because of the other tenants smoking weed.

Reviewer Comments: Imagine arriving at Boardwalk 587 to a beautiful, clean, fully furnished, comfortable oceanfront condo... that gave my family such an incredible vacation. The three bedrooms gave everyone their space with thoughtful bedroom layouts. The extendable table was fantastic for family games and large dinners. The den was great for movies together. The balcony offered a healing place for us to sit together, feel the salty air, watch the ocean roll in, and have great conversations. The property even has security to ensure we have parking during a high-season week. What a perfect room, location, and experience for my family. Thank you so much!

We were very satisfied with the check in process!! The extra beach supplies were amazing. The condo was very roomy for 2 adults and 4 teenagers!! It would have been nice to have a bathroom by the pool area, so you wouldn’t have to go back up to your condo. It was a great place to spend my 61st birthday. Our third time to gulf shores.

Nice size condo. Lots of dishes and utensils in kitchen. Nice balcony. Needs a deep cleaning. Stains on cushions and just general wear and tear that comes at end of peak season.

Great stay!

We safely survived Hurricane Ida. Through heavy rain and high winds never lost power. After the storm, 4 beautiful beach days. We loved the location and beach front views. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time

We had a great time and would definitely book again. My only complaints were the parking. Parking spots very small and if you didn’t time it just right you were forced to park in overflow parking. The signs state for cleaning crews to park across the street but can unload in the main lot and move, however, they don’t. I witnessed daily cleaning crews parking in the main lot. For the most part our condo was clean however, the kitchen cabinet knobs had crud caked on them, dryer vent dust in the laundry room shelves not cleaned for a long time and top of the refrigerator had not been cleaned in quite some time. I understand the crews are turning over the space quickly but these areas could be addressed a little more frequently.
