Welcome to our 5 bedroom UPSCALE vacation home next to beautiful Paw Paw Lake. This charming property includes the entire home, yard, Karaoke, fire pit, swing set, workout bike, ample parking, and HOT TUB and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE. Pool will be open for Summer (***BASED ON WEATHER FOR OPENING/POOL IS NOT HEATED***)


UPDATE POOL IS CLOSED 8/7/2025. IT IS NOT LISTED AS AN AMENITY. THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON and we have marked our home 50% off to reflect that.

The entire home and backyard. Fast reliable internet, perfect for working remote.

The Neighborhood:
Across the street from Paw Paw Lake. One block off the lake, but we have a lot of favorite beaches in the area to recommend.

Free parking in the driveway

Other Things to Note:
Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?

NO PETS!
POOL IS SERVICED EVERY WEDNESDAY (unfortunatley we cannot make exceptions to this)

We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.

We do allow a MAX of 14 people that can sleep in beds (sharing included) It is $25 per person a night over guest # 10. We need all visitors apart of the reservation and there are RING cameras on the exterior of the home that do record motion.

We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

Fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning).

HOUSE RULES

25+ to book, NO EXCEPTIONS
NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home.
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of camera will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.
Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders
Guest understands the responsibility of being near water.
All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water/pool/hot tub.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
