The dining area has a 6-seater round table plus additional bar seating for 4, ideal for dining and entertaining. The bottom floor also houses the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and access to the first-floor bathroom.
The second floor is home to 3 of the bedrooms. The front guest room has a queen-size bed and a sitting balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee while you listen to the nature surrounding the house. The guest room en suite bath has a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a regular tub. Past the guest bathroom is the bunk room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The final room is the spacious master bedroom furnished with a king bed and a large private balcony with enough room for morning coffee or afternoon mimosas with friends and nature. From the treetop height, the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast can be seen. This amazing view is worth the trek up to the sundeck!
