Esta es una de las raras propiedades de Beachside One que ofrece un balcón privado y una gran terraza privada para tomar el sol, ambas con vistas despejadas al Golfo de México.

El propietario no reparó en gastos en el diseño de este maravilloso condominio junto a la playa. La decoración luminosa y espaciosa en este condominio cuenta con muebles de lujo, accesorios eléctricos de diseño, pisos de baldosas y cortinas de pared elegidas con buen gusto. Televisores con DVD están en los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar. La cena para seis en la terraza o más de cuatro taburetes de barra de cocina se pueden preparar en la amplia cocina con sus gabinetes de cocina de madera oscura y rica, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de primera línea.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con ropa de cama cómoda, y tiene una gran vista de la playa. Otra cama king size ocupa el dormitorio de invitados. Ambos baños están bellamente decorados con hermosos azulejos, gabinetes personalizados y accesorios renovados. El baño principal cuenta con una lujosa ducha con azulejos, y el segundo baño tiene una hermosa bañera y ducha con azulejos. Great location

Amazing stay. Very convenient location right on the water. Exactly as described. Some of the wall fixtures in the master bath were missing/torn out of the wall but this was a minor inconvenience.

Great location

Location was great and beach was not as crowded as some of the properties around. It felt more private. The condo was really well decorated and really cute. The balcony was the largest we have ever had with a beautiful view of the beach and you could see all the way to the bay.

Sister's weekend

Absolutely amazing location, accommodations, views, and it was comforting to have security gates to enter and exit. Very quiet. Away from crazy traffic and crowds. Exceptional beach and access was easy. Not crowded and pristine waters. Nice pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend. !!!!

The location and view is excellent. Access to the beach and pool is very easy. Parking is good and convenient. The kitchen is not well equipped and the bed mattress are not comfortable. Everything else is good.

Great condo and great management

We stayed 2 nights and it was great. The condo is beautiful and the views are unbeatable. I was very impressed with the management company. The instructions they sent were easy to use and they responded quickly. I will say, you do need to bring your own extras. They don’t have salt and pepper or coffee filters or things like that. Just need to be prepared. We would definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice 2 bed, 2 bath unit with great space and views and the unit was clean when we arrived. We were however disappointed with the way the kitchen was furnished. There was a serious lack of kitchen utensils and cookware and we had to buy coffee mugs, wine glasses, martini glasses, coffee filters and a wine corkscrew.

Beautiful beach location

We had a lovely anniversary stay here at the condo. There were only two of us and we loved spending time on the huge balcony. The only thing I’d make note of is this unit isn’t a super stocked place, there is no salt and pepper, no coffee filters, one single use dishwasher powder and laundry detergent, nothing extra, there was also only one white and one red wine glass, so definitely not a place where you’d be able to have some folks over and entertain. For us this wasn’t an issue as we were not planning to cook or do laundry at all, but for others it’s just something to note!

Last minute condo switch was an unexpected upgrade

Due to an AC issue we were switched from the condo we selected 5 months ago into the one we spent the week in. Pleasant surprise to find the new condo was an upgrade and came with an even more incredible view than what we originally had. We will be back!

Christmas Break Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our holiday break. The condominium was beautiful. The owners have recently updated the home to a modern design. The bathrooms were beautiful and the shower sauna in the master was delicious. This unit has a gorgeous Private rooftop extension to the normal balcony. We put it to good use sunbathing while staying out of the cool breeze. All the appliances are new and top of the line. We explored all of Sandestin was never got bored due to the many activities, golf, restaurants, movies , walking trails in the area. We will definitely be back to enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.

Great Place, Bad Checkin

The unit is great with only 3 units on this floor it is quiet. The view is unbeatable. However, the checkin experience was the worst I have ever had. I did not receive a gate code or door code until after many calls over several hours. The property managers make it intentionally hard to get a hold them. If you rent here, be sure they send you everything well in advance. Once in the unit though … very nice

We enjoyed staying this rental. We loved the location and the room however, I would only give 4 out of 5 stars due to the cleanliness of the room. The room was relatively dirty when we arrived. There were a few dishes with something (sauce?) on them, the freezer needed defrosted, etc. It was all random and small things that could have been easily missed by housekeeping. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and especially the large balcony! We traveled with a 4 month old and I was thankful she wasn't crawling or walking yet because the rug would be terrible on her knees and feet as the fibers stuck to our clothes when we sat on the floor with her. Overall, we would recommend this rental and stay here again.

Pictures are beautiful...

The pictures were fabulous, but the actual place is a bit worn...couch is not comfortable, chairs and furniture arrangement needs to be redone. Most sliders were blocked by TVs and furniture!! I wanted the access and the views to the gorgeous gulf and sand outside!! Refrigerator was sporadic at making ice and staying cold...several bulbs were blown out and lighting in this unit was not good-needs ceiling fans!!! And overhead light in the dark dark kitchen!! 2 coffee pots, but the one was tried first never brewed!! The black and decker pot was workable. Excellent responses and assistance from the resort staff when air conditioning was not working!! Could be a 5 star if modest improvements were made in just a few areas!! Beautiful views!!!

Fun week at the beach

There we as plenty of seating at the table and living room for all of us and other family staying at Beschside 1. It was FANTASTIC to have a full size cleaning washing machine and dryer vs those small stackable that don’t clean. The beds were comfortable, too. Refrigerator did a good job of chilling. Only thing we didn’t like was the cooktop. We couldn’t work it! We could get the electronics to turn on but as soon as the eye was hot and started cooking it would turn off! Searched online, but couldn’t find the proper procedure .
