Casita Ola es una casita de 1 habitación / 1, 1/2 baño ubicada en el segundo piso. La casita es fresca y luminosa con un gran balcón con vistas a la piscina y la fuente. La unidad cuenta con aire acondicionado, amplio espacio de almacenamiento y cocina totalmente equipada. La suite principal contiene una cama king size con baño adjunto.

Nuestras casitas están decoradas con colores llamativos mexicanos. Equipado con todo lo que necesita, desde licuadora de cocina hasta sombrillas de playa. El servicio de limpieza se proporciona 2 días a la semana. Además de otros servicios gratuitos en la propiedad, como lavandería, agua potable purificada, internet inalámbrico, biblioteca de lectura, 40 televisores de pantalla plana con satélite, caja fuerte, toallas de playa, sillas, sombrillas y parrilla de gas Weber.

A tres cuadras de distancia se encuentra Bucerias Centro, con un hermoso cenador e iglesia en la plaza principal. Pero antes de llegar a la plaza pasarás por el mercado de artesanos, donde te deslumbrará la variedad de artículos coloridos que tienes ante ti. Aquí encontrarás plata, cerámica, ropa bordada a mano y mucho más.

Lisa is a wonderful host! The room was perfect and the pool area was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The area has many great restaurants within a very short distance and the beach is 2 blocks away.

Quick Trip

Loved this condo! We did a last minute quick trip for 5 days. Quiet and relaxing. Lisa was great, close to the beach and stores. WIFI was excellent, bed was great and had everything we needed!

Lovely place in a lovely neighborhood in a lovely town

I stayed here for the weekend and really liked Bucerias. Relaxed and relatively uncrowded beach with calm water, friendly locals, great restaurants, and charm. Lisa’s place is just great and she is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and lovely. The location is perfect and it’s comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is great. Plenty of sun around it. Access to a water cooler on the apartment is a nice bonus. Beds and furniture are comfortable. My primary complaint is no fault of Lisa’s but important to note: a neighbor has a very loud dog that barks in the middle of the night. It woke me up several times the first night I was there and once the second night. I hope it may be something that can be resolved. My other lesser complaint was a lack of consistent hot water on the shower. It went in and out, from cold to hot, in rapid fashion. In fairness, I was there for a quick weekend and didn’t mention this to Lisa before I left. It may be resolvable. If not for those two issues, this is a sure 5 stars for me.

We had a WONDERFUL time at 3 palms. Lisa has tastefully decorated the Ola suite we stayed in. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasant atmosphere. The pool and grounds are clean, the lighting at night is soothing.

A beautiful oasis in a authentic Mexico city

Our friend's found this casa for their family and they had 2 extra open rooms due to cancellations, so we moved from a resort to this place for the last 5 days of our trip with another friend the 7 of us had the casa to ourselves and the owner for the full 5 days. The pool is amazing during the hot mid afternoon and the suites have everything you need for your stay. The area around the casa has great restaurants and lots of things to due. We ended up spending most of our time around the pool and soaking up the sun in this oasis from everything. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place

We really enjoyed our stay. The location can’t be beat. It is great having Lisa living there and be able to ask questions so easily. The apartment was beautiful and was everything we needed. We would stay they again for sure.

Great stay

First time to Bucerias so wanted a smaller place where we could start to get familiar and comfortable with the area and Tres Palmas was a great fit. We loved having access to beach chairs and an umbrella to settle in at the beach (socially distanced). Lisa was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. We plan to be back!

Great Casita

Perfect for short or long term stay for a couple. Well equipped. Lisa is a gem and makes sure you have everything you need. Great location to shops, restaurants and beach. On site laundry a big plus. Small enough to get to know your neighbors.

Good choice for Bucerias

This property is very attractive and comfortable. Lovely pool area. Our unit involved 2 flights of stairs which took some time to get used to but we were rewarded with a glimpse of the ocean and lots of sunlight. Many excellent restaurants within a few blocks. An important thing for us was to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We used them every day.

Lovely apartment in the Golden Zone surrounded by great restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Would highly recommend this property. We will return!

Quiet Charm

Our stay in Casita Ola at Tres Palmas was a delight. Our balcony dining table overlooking the tropical pool area was a great place to begin and end our day. We appreciated the AC, the comfortable bed and the work out we got every day on the two flights of stairs. The location was perfect with great cafes just around the corner and the beach 5 minutes walk away. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home.

Beautiful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for a week. We previously stayed at a complex right on the beach as well as at a 3 bedroom home in La Cruz when the entire family came. For the two of us, this was just perfect! We were one block from the beach and in the middle of excellent restaurant choices! We will be back! Thanks to Lisa for making is feel welcome.

Wonderful vacation property, perfect location

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this charming property! The location was absolutely perfect...a block from the beach and many excellent restaurants and shops! The property is on two flood with a bedroom and bath on the top floor. There is even a distant view o the ocean! The place is beautifully decorated with lots of art and colorful touches. The kitchen has and amazing mosaic splash board behind the stove. Lisa was always available to answer questions and very friendly with all the guests!

Great Place Great Location

Stayed 2 weeks in Tres Palmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Casita Ola is the newest of the casitas and is quite spacious and well appointed. It has high ceilings and good ventilation and the AC works very well when it gets really hot. We loved hanging out in the pool area which is kept immaculate. Enjoyed meeting Lisa who was usually around to take care of any issues or just have a chat. The location is as described. Close to everything.

Great accomodation in Excellent location

Stayed Tres Palmas for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were in Casita Ola which is the newest of the 5 casitas. It is quite spacious and well appointed with high ceilings and good ventilation. The AC works well when it is really hot. The property itself is just as in the pictures. The pool area is a great place to hang out with plenty of loungers and seating. Lisa is on site to take care of any issues or help out with advise on Bucerias and the area.

Excellent spot in a great location

This great castila shares a pool and gated area with 3-4 other units. We were there at a busy time and the pool area was never crowded. Check in was a breeze and Lisa is around for part of every day. There is a huge bedroom and King upstairs with a generous closet area and bathroom. Downstairs is an amazingly well-appinted kitchen (blender!!), smaller bathroom and a living room area, with a massive TV and a balcony overlooking the pool area. There are two air conditioner units that cool everything quick and ample ceiling fans. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to take and the beach is only a couple blocks away. The location is fantastic with everything in walking distance but still being located in a quiet area.
