Casita Palms es un baño de 1 dormitorio / 1 ubicado en el primer piso. La casita tiene un plano de planta interior / exterior fresco y brillante con un gran patio privado. La unidad tiene aire acondicionado en todas partes, un montón de espacio de almacenamiento, una cocina totalmente equipada y una piscina climatizada. La suite principal contiene una cama king-size con baño adjunto y ducha de gran tamaño. Tres palmas se compone de cinco casitas de alquiler.

Tres Palmas se encuentra en el lado más nuevo de Bucerias en el # 43 Francisco I. Madero. Estamos a 3 minutos a pie de millas de hermosas playas ininterrumpidas, a pocas cuadras de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, galerías de arte y deliciosas panaderías.

Nuestra casita está decorada de colores con un toque mexicano. Equipado con todo lo que necesita, desde licuadora de cocina hasta sombrillas. Servicio de limpieza 2 días a la semana. Además de otros servicios gratuitos en la propiedad, tales como instalaciones de lavandería, agua potable purificada, internet inalámbrico, biblioteca de lectura, 40 televisores de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite, caja fuerte, toallas de playa, sillas, sombrillas y parrilla de gas Weber.

A tres cuadras de distancia se encuentra Bucerias Centro con un hermoso mirador e iglesia en la plaza principal. Pero antes de llegar a la plaza, pasará por el mercado de artesanos, donde quedará deslumbrado por la variedad de elementos coloridos que tiene ante usted. Aquí encontrarás plata, cerámica, ropa bordada a mano y mucho más.

Step back and take a breath vacation

The small complex of five rentable units was lovely. It offered peace and quiet, and a refreshing pool to cool off after a very hot beach day. Lisa our host was extremely friendly and always on top of any request. She truly takes time to ensure her quests feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home even for a short time.

Our Oasis

We were made to feel like family. Excellent location Lisa is a charming and caring host. Beautiful lush gardens surround the pool which needs to be heated as advertised. We enjoyed the colourful Mexican colours and the artwork throughout the premises. We are already booked to return next season. It was a joy to stay in Tres Palmas.

Lovely little spot

A bit smaller than it looks. The outdoor kitchen sitting area has its charms as well as hazzards. I would have enjoyed the pool but it was fairly cool. The courtyard was very lovely and private. Great location.Lisa was generous and available

Bucerías Paradise

Staying at Tres Palmes was honestly the MOST relaxing get away my husband and I have ever experienced. Lisa and her husband are so welcoming, accommodating and know exactly how to be excellent hosts. The pool is wonderful it’s perfect size to float the day away or just lay out, read and snooze. Out Casita was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the place is quiet and relaxing. Perfect location for walking to sight see, dinner or to the beach. We can’t be happier with this Bucerias treasure! We are booked for next year!

The place to stay in Bucerius

This was a new place in Bucerius for us. Loved the location to beach, El Centro , and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and the casita and pool was always sparkling clean! We will definitely come back and stay there again.

Value and Comfort

This was our time to escape for two solid weeks of real downtime. Lisa was there to welcome us and provide orientation of the neighborhood. Her place is situated minutes from the beach and many restaurants, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking reliable sun and great food options. An oasis awaits!

A perfect Casita to call home for a month

Tres Palmas is located in a super safe, comfortable, relaxed neighbourhood in the Zona Dorada neighbourhood of Bucerias. We counted 12 casual and upscale casual restaurants , neighbourhood grocery, 2 Art galleries, day spa, Bakery with Gluten Free items, all in one square block! Yet the location is slow paced and relaxed. We signed up for the month at Bucerias Fitness Centre ( a 12 minute walk away) and enjoyed spin and great yoga classes in this family owned well equipped gym. Bucerias Pickleball sports area is about a 10 minute walk. Local buses are super inexpensive and frequent. Uber is efficient and value priced. The owner, Lisa is attentive and social. Lisa really loves to ensure her guests are comfortable and her tropical gardens around the pool are flourishing. We look forward to extending our stay to 6 weeks next year.

The weather was way more humid than we are used to, but expected as we booked off season. Lisa (the owner) was just great as she helped us with directions and recommendations. The property was beautiful, the product of a lot of work by the two artisan owners. Came as a renter and left as a friend.

Great time in Bucerias at Tres Palmas

Enjoyed our visit to Bucerias and our stay in Tres Palmas. Unit is very comfortable and clean. Very unique with open air kitchen but very well equipped. Pool is small but beautiful. Very secure with entrance gated. Only about a block from the beach and our favorite restaurants right around the corner. Lisa, owner was so friendly and helpful.

Perfect accommodations, great location!

We couldn't have picked a better location for our first trip to Bucerias! We really enjoyed the apartment complex and had a great time getting to know some of the other guests. It's a well appointed unit, close to the beach and lots of terrific restaurants. We rented a car and street parking was easy.

Tres Palmas was wonderful! The lush tropical setting of Lisa's garden helped us unwind.

My daughter and I stayed in the one bedroom with the outdoor kitchen. We were thankful to have selected the best place in Bucerias! The locals are so welcoming and Lisa is very genuine and always helpful. The village has everything you need and the beach was clean and not crowded. The Perfect Retreat

A great place with perfect accommodations for a relaxing trip. Everything you'll need for the beach and centrally located to enjoy all that Bucerias has to offer. Lisa was always available to answer questions, assist with problems, and give great suggestions for places to eat and visit in the area. Pool was perfect for late afternoon swims and just plain relaxing.

The most amazing place to stay!

Lisa has amazing Casitas and her warmth and kindness is never ending. You will leave with ever lasting friendships. We spent every afternoon hanging out with the other tenants at the pool and sharing dinners. The accommodations are like a 5 star hotel.

Clean, friendly place in a gorgeous location

Tres Palmas surpassed our expectations. My wife and I felt very welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The building is clean and well-maintained. The beautiful courtyard with tropical plants surrounds a lovely pool. The suite we stayed in had a comfortable king sized bed, a totally private bathroom with large shower (good water pressure and hot water). The suite had an open air kitchen area with everything provided— including a full-sized fridge and gas range. The location is perfect: nestled right in the heart of the nicest part of Bucerías. We enjoyed dining in many of the local restaurants (so many to choose from), walked to the soft, golden sands of the beach (a very short stroll from Tres Palmas), and set out on day trips to local sights (easy access to a small taxi stand one block away, or bus connections nearby). Lisa was a friendly and accommodating host. She gave privacy, but still popped by the pool area of the property each morning to see that all the guests were comfortable and cared for. We loved our time at Tres Palmas— so much so, we’ve already booked it for next year. We will definitely tell our friends and family that this is a great place to stay while visiting Bucerías.

Very impressed!!

Loved our stay with Lisa at Tres Palmas! We stayed in Casita Brisas and it was wonderful, didn't want to go home. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens, the Casitas are very clean and the maid service twice a week is awesome. Lisa is on site and ready to help in anyway and answered any questions we had. Only complaint we had was barking dogs(not Lisa's fault) but do bring ear plugs to help if the sound bothers you. All in all I'd recommend staying here, it is close to tons of restaurants, few minute walk to the beach and a little store called Marypaz that has it all. Perfect!! Exactly what we wanted!!

We’re writing this review with Mixed Emotions.... ONLY because it will make MORE people want to stay there!!!! Truthfully, Tres Palmas is the perfect Mexican Experience we were looking for. We stayed in the Casitas Palmas unit. It is a one bedroom studio with an outdoor kitchen!! We were unsure how that would be, but we LOVED it!! We had breakfast out there every morning, listening to the fountain in the pool that is only 20 feet away! The full kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, electric appliances, etc., and has authentic Mexican dishes. Lisa keeps updating everything and makes sure everyone is happy with everything! They put in new fridges, and are waiting for new stoves to arrive, even though the current ones work fine. Every unit has it’s privacy when you want, but we made great friends with the guests that were there when we there and had drinks and dinners with them often!! The deck chairs around the pool are very comfortable, and the water is SO refreshing to cool down on hot afternoons!! Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for the guest, and we even got new ones while we were there!! Tres Palmas is perfectly located on a quiet street only 2 blocks from the amazing uncrowded beach, one block from a Taxi stand and the Maripaz store right around the corner that carries everything you need! If there is anything you are looking for, just ask Lisa. There are so many restaurants in the area. Even though we were there for 3 weeks, we didn’t have time to try them all. But the ones we did were all very good!! If you want to experience a piece of Mexico in a safe, friendly place, you won’t go wrong staying at Tres Palmas We already booked again for next year, for a month this time!! Can’t wait to get back to our “home” in Mexico, and all of the friends that we made in this laidback Friendly town!! Thank you Lisa! See you in 11 months!! Carrie & Clinton Tindall

The Perfect Place to Stay in Bucerias

This is the place for the perfect vacation in Bucerias! Our casita was so comfortable, well stocked, and located steps away from the beach, shops, and fabulous restaurants. The managers live on site and are so helpful. We are signed up for next year and can't wait.
