Nestled in the beautiful Tan-Tar-A Estates/Margaritaville neighborhood-resort, our 2 bed/2 bath lake house is great for couples or a small family. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, 65" TV in the family room and TV's in both bedrooms. Covered front porch and BBQ grill. Nearby amenities (for additional fees) will keep you busy with seasonal pools, golf courses, indoor waterpark, golf, horseback riding, marina, fishing, hiking and more!

If anything, the description under-stated how great this place is for a family trip. It was very clean, among the best. The owners thought of everything one could need and had it readily available in the place you would look for it where/when the need arose.

We had a great time here! The house was very nice & I loved the nautical theme. The best part was definitely sitting on the back porch enjoying the view of the beautiful lake. The 2 pools were nice too!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed the property very much, particularly the patio! Very clean and comfortable. Only a few small touches could really elevate it: a Keurig versus coffee pot (dad was the only coffee drinker), and a spice rack (we cooked one night and salt & pepper was all we had). Owners are delightful!

Pleasant cabin

The cabin was large enough for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to cook some meals. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, though it could use some cleaning. Overall, a nice set up and clean inside, but maybe due for some updates. However, it was sufficient for us.

Staying at Margaritaville Tan-Tar-A Estates

This was a wonderful property! Nice and clean, roomy, and very comfortable! Beautiful views of the lake! The only issues were superficial. Leaves had blown onto the front stoop and had to be swept away from the door so we wouldn't track them all in. There was no lightbulb in the porch light on the back deck. But overall, a great place!

Immaculate house cleaning! Beds were very comfortable and screened in deck is very inviting. Everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been great because weather was in the 90’s. Pretty difficult driving in & out; we were constantly turning the wrong way so we had several “tours” of Margaritaville.😘

Very Convenient Location with Good Layout

Access was easy, location convenient, and amenities as stated. The size and layout of the property worked well for two couples. Each bedroom has a private full bath so that was a plus. I know the property is for sale but it needs some updates and the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed and replaced with a hard surface. Check-in and check-out were effortless. If you go before winter take some wasp spray and a flyswatter. The wasps like the screened-in porch too!

Screened Porch

We loved the house and spent all out time on the back screened porch. Everything was perfect. Only problem was the entry gates. Would not open for our motorcycles and with the SUV too. We would come back. Thank you.
