Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #902 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor, directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Features:
Complimentary WIFI
Master bedroom - king size bed. Master bathroom has remodeled walk in shower.
Second bedroom has two full sizes beds. Living room has 60 inch TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped; Full size washer and dryer in unit.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

I loved the large couch that you could enjoy stretching out on, the high chairs & table and the comfortable cushioned chairs on the balcony. Master bed was comfortable. One of the queens was comfortable but the other was not. Had a sway to it. The ninth floor gave you a really good view and not being close to the elevator was another plus. I also liked how I could log in to my video streaming and set it to automatically log off on our last day.

Beach Days at Breakers East

The condo was clean and well appointed. Everything was as described. Great view! Extra towels, etc., included. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great beach access! Chairs and umbrella were included. We enjoyed it very much.

We enjoy Destin we come every year. We loved the location of our condo. The condo was clean but did smell very musty the entire time. We thought maybe it was the water. We are not sure. One of the guest bed was also broken. Overall we had a good experience.ggggoodgoodexperience stay.

Great location

Condo was exactly as listed, awesome view of the gulf, close to everything. The teenagers kept busy with all the activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Even Better View

My favorite part of this condo was the fact it was on the 9th floor, each night we slept with the patio doors open. Listened to the waves hitting the shore every night. It was a great stay, our only miss was having all of our kitchen necessities that we would like to cook. They do supply you with things but it’s not the same, there was nothing stocked as far as seasonings, condiments. we were a little shocked but it is to be expected.

The balcony was large allowing the four of us plenty of room to enjoy the view. The sleeping quarters were nice and there was plenty of seating throughout the condo. The toughest part of the stay was entering and exiting the complex. , as traffic can be very heavy and tricky to navigate the u-turn situation.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very much! It was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Lots of games were in the entertainment cabinet. The beach set up was a great addition! The wide balcony was nice. It wasn’t crowded or noisy. Building employees were extremely nice and respectful. I highly recommend this unit!
