The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This recently updated rental was comfortable with great views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and the ammenities were wonderful: movie theatre, playground and beach toys. On a rainy day, we ventured to aAssateague Island (short drive) to see the ponies.

Perfect vacation with small kids

This place was beyond perfect. The beach was right there, playground, splash park/kiddie pool, arcade movie theatre….there is nothing else you could possibly want.

Perfect vacation

Home was as picture and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Private laundry room was located outside which was nice because we were able to put our sandy stuff in there after the beach instead of tracking it into the home. Staff was friendly. Grocery store and liquor store conveniently located across the street. Location of home was about a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk but it was nice to be further from the boardwalk because it was less busy and the beach wasn’t as crowded. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Liked Sea Watch with all its amenities. This unit is clean and well equipped. The bed in the primary bedroom is way too high off the ground. Had to use a step stool to get on the bed. We were very concerned about the fan being so close to the bunk bed. The blade goes more than an inch over the top bed. We kept the fan off in that area the whole time. They need to install a smaller fan in the entry area.

Overall great experience.

Great, updated place, spacious and plenty of sleeping options. The master bed was really high as others mentioned but it didn’t bother us at all and was comfortable. Rest of the beds were also comfortable, lots of kitchen items, TV in each room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only problem for our stay was the shower doors in the main bathroom. They were broken and we were afraid they would fall off or on top of the kids every time we opened the doors to get in and out. Also, highly recommend replacing the couch in the living room or maybe a professional cleaning. That was the only thing that was old and gross but we just put a sheet on top of it to sit down. Everything else was great and I highly recommend this property.

Sea Watch 405

We stayed in the Sea Watch unit 405 condo for a family trip for the annual Cruisin Week event. The condo is as pictured, the master bedroom bed is very comfortable and although it is high off of the floor, there is a step stool in the closet. The balcony has plenty of chairs and even a table. The view is perfect, offering a bayside view and ocean view. When we checked in, linen was provided- bed sheets and towels, I thought this was a nice touch. There was also a bag on the counter with a few trash bags and dishwasher tabs. The Sea Watch building is probably one of the nicer buildings in OC. There is a movie theater and a large arcade. Areas for improvement- the unit had very limited silverware (not a big deal for us), and security in the parking garage had been a little nasty to one of our guests. Again, nothing that would keep us from staying here again. Looking forward to staying at this property again.

Just not what I expected

Poor internet connection in front bedroom Bunk beds top bunk isn’t put together right son fell through getting on the bed and hurt himself bc there was no support under bottom part of top bunk mattress Bathtub dirty, microwave dirty with melted cheese. Key code wouldn’t work so we couldn’t access our room and had to sit outside with all of luggage until someone was able to come let us in. No electricity in front bedroom till maintenance came and fixed it then the door code still wouldn’t work and we all had to share 1 key for the first day. They said there were no spare keys. Then gave us a spare key to use around 6:00 on day 2 of our 3 night stay. No pot for the coffee pot then when they did bring one up they just put a new one in the box on the counter for me to open and clean and put together. (I’m on vacation!) No blanket for the couch bed. Only 6 towels for a 3 night stay for 6 people! Remote battery dead for living room. Day 2 all remote batteries are dead. It’s 5:30 and Vacasa office is closed. One of the Staff members was not very friendly in the office. And maybe I missed it but the parking fee was a suprise and the parking garage guy was soooooooo mean and rude!!!

Great place!

We loved staying at Sea Watch 405! The beds were comfy and it is very up to date. The only small complaint I have is that there are only two chairs on the deck. Overall though I highly recommend staying here.

OCMD Family Vacation

Pro: The condo is beautiful and has many updates. The view of the ocean is unbelievable. Lots of great amenities for kids on the property. Con: The queen size mattress is horrible. To the point I slept on the couch a few nights. The outdoor table only had two plastic chairs but one of them was cracked when we arrived.

Enjoyed all the amenities- kids loved the game room, play area and pools. We also loved having the sandwich / pizza shop on the premises. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time in OC. The condo was great and the pictures are accurate. We had enough room to move around the views were perfect. The location was just right! We enjoyed all the amenities that Sea Watch had to offer. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!
