Retreat 106. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, newly constructed home just a 5-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge. This gorgeous home has space for multiple families traveling together but is also intimate enough for a small group.
The Space:
Sleeping: Sleeps 10 - Bedroom 1 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 (garden level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 (garden level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 4 (garden level) : (sleeps 5) Two sets of twin bunks plus twin trundle, Attached full bathroom with jack and jills and tv room area. Extra sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa (garden level tv room) (sleeps 2). Pack 'n Play
The Neighborhood:
This home is set in a quiet neighborhood just off of Baldy Mountain Road. Ready to ski or go downtown? The property is less than a a five minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and walkable to the free shuttle stop. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski area or to the middle of Main Street. Easily walkable to the best biking and hiking trails in Breckenridge!
Getting Around:
The house is located near a town of Breckenridge shuttle stop. The shuttle is free and comes by each hour during winter and summer months. It runs until 6:15 to 11pm daily during ski season with similar but a bit more limited hours during shoulder season and summer months. This home is 2.5 miles to Main Street Breckenridge. An all wheel/4WD vehicle is required for this property in winter months.
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home.
