This condo has been completely remodeled floor to ceiling! - New tile, bathroom, kitchen, appliances, and new furniture & bedding throughout.

Condo Includes:
- Stackable washer and dryer with complimentary start-up detergent supply
- A/C in the living room and bedroom
- Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, cooler

Complex Amenities include:
- 3 swimming pools
- 6 Tennis court with equipment rental (there are some rackets and balls in the condo)
- Barbecue Grills
- FREE parking
- 24 hours SECURITY
- Charley Young Beach is directly across the street
- Kamaole I Beach is about a 4-minute walk away

This location is centrally located and close to some Maui’s popular activities and attractions. Swim, boogie board, paddle-board, snorkel, or just take in the sun at your choice of beautiful beaches along the southwest shore of Maui. Charley Young Beach is directly across the street visit Kamaole I Beach nearby. If you’re into surfing, check Cove Park just a bit north.

Maui Vista's beautiful tropical landscaping lets you know you are in Paradise as soon as you walk from your parking area to the condo. When flowers are in bloom the air is filled with their tropical aromas.

Nearby you'll also find dining, shopping, bars and surfing/ paddle-board lessons, theaters, golf, grocery store, and all that South Maui has to offer.

There is also a tennis club minutes away. Kihei's boat dock is a bit south and features daily snorkel and dive excursions to popular Maui sites like Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. There are world-class Golf Courses a short drive away and just a couple miles south of Kihei is Wailea, a resort town filled with fantastic shopping and dining experiences. About 10 miles north to Maalaea Bay, you 'll find Maui Ocean Center, the Aquarium of Hawaii.

Fantastic beach location

We loved being able to walk to the beach each day and the host provides beach equipment! Getting a parking pass at night was easy with the security guard. We would come back again!

This was a lovely condo! A great choice! No regrets!

Steffanie was a fabulous property manager and the condo was everything we needed! It was clean and stocked with items we needed. As a tourist you don’t pack beach chairs and umbrellas and we didn’t need to! Details like this made this even better. I would definitely stay here again !

Very attractive and comfortable 2nd floor condo in MV building 2.

This condo has been beautifully renovated and the owner has outfitted it with everything you need for a fun vacation in Kihei. The rooms are bright and cheerful, the location was great and very quiet during our stay. The kitchen is all new and the walk-in shower is very nicely custom tiled. We made good use of the beach chairs, boogie board and snorkel gear that was provided. Host Stephanie was quick to respond to the few questions we had, but everything went off without any problems. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful condo, would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful 14 night stay at this condo and it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 teenager). The condo description is very accurate and the property is located in a great area. The host was very easy to connect with and was very helpful. It is a short walk to the Kihei food trucks (awesome food) and the beach is also nice. One can easily drive to Lahaina / Napili area and also to the east / road to Hana etc. Very good stay, we would love to stay again in the future!! Definitely recommend this condo!

Great location and has everything you need for a great vacation!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Stephanie is a great communicator and quickly answered all my questions before the trip. The place itself has everything you could need for a seamless holiday - cooking supplies (including plastic plates/bowls for young kids and other stuff you wouldn’t expect, but were great to have!), beach supplies, a washer/dryer IN the apartment, pack n play (for our little one to sleep in) and so much more. It was also nicely furnished and just has a great vibe. There were two pools within a 1 minute walk, the parking was super easy and convenient and we could easily walk to beaches, dining, shopping and more. All the people staying here were really friendly too and it just felt like a little community. We loved it. We had two kids (3 yr and 18 months) and it was great with them. We would absolutely stay here again and hope that we get the chance to come back and visit again. Mahalo Stephanie!

Nicely updated condo, though living room AC could be stronger

This condo is nicely updated and was clean and well supplied. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen worked well. Also, amazingly, there were none of the small ants that are very common in Maui condos, so thanks to the owner and previous renters for keeping the kitchen clean! The only real issue we ran into is that the living room AC isn't really strong enough to keep the living room cool in the afternoon, if it is sunny out. If you don't mind it being around 80° in the living room or aren't planning on being home in the afternoon, then for sure this place is great. Also might not be an issue in the winter.

Cute condo

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The condo was very clean with the basic amenities as well as plenty of beach gear. It is walking distance to a lovely beach and several great restaurants.
