Relaxing, Spacious, Quiet, Ranch-style Getaway
Welcome to our remodeled, ranch-style home in Springdale! We have furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay while you visit our hometown! You are a mile or less from a grocery store, restaurants, NWACC, and I49. With the house having easy, quick access to the hwy and centrally located in NWA, you can zip down to Fayetteville (~10min drive) to catch a football game or show at the Walton Arts Center or up to Bentonville/Rogers (~15min drive) to check out Crystal Bridges or Walmart HQ
We are renting out our 3bed 1bath home that has been recently remodeled. The house is immaculate and cozy! The kitchen with electric stove and full size fridge gives you an opportunity to stay in and eat whenever you feel like it! The house has a washer and dryer which can be used as needed - it is located in a room accessed through the garage. We have hooked up a Smart TV in the living room which allows guests to relax in the evenings and log into their netflix/hulu account and chill out... please note that there is no TV service with channels and no DVD player. We provide one bath towel and hand washcloth per guest and stock the bathrooms with at least 2-3 toilet paper rolls. If more are needed, please request ahead of time or bring what you may need. A paper towel roll will be available to guests to use in kitchen and all trashcans are filled with small bags for trash. Extra rolls of paper towels and trash bags will need to be discussed before hand or brought by the guests to meet their needs. We are so excited to have you and hope you have an awesome stay!

My husband and I have 3 boys and a German Shepherd (Liani). We love to travel (my husband is from southern Spain) and our typical vacations usually involve a beach!

This home is sitting on a 2 acre lot and backs up to a beautiful, peaceful field. It's rare to find such a peaceful, quiet setting right in the middle of town! This property is centrally located in NWA with quick access to both Fayetteville and Bentonville/Rogers.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We have set up this property with a King bed, Queen bed and two Twin Beds. There is a designated desk/working space that looks out the window into the large yard with mature trees. The backyard has a tire swing for guests to enjoy!
